รูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานด้านการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วยการศึกษาเอกสาร ศึกษาสภาพและการดำเนินงาน โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญซึ่งเป็นผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 9 คน และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มายกร่าง และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม ความถูกต้อง ครอบคลุมโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ทดลองใช้และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยทดลองใช้กับสถานศึกษา 2 แห่ง และประเมินเพื่อตรวจสอบความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ในการใช้รูปแบบด้วยแบบตรวจสอบรายการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) เทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา มี 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ  การนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้ในด้านการศึกษา 2) การจัดการเรียนรู้ มี 5 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการ การใช้เทคนิควิธีการสอนที่หลากหลาย การใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผล 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา มี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ สมรรถนะของครูผู้สอนด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ความพร้อมของเทคโนโลยี สมรรถนะของบุคลากรที่สนับสนุน จากผลการทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า มีความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก คำสำคัญ : รูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้  เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ  สถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพฯ  ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to develop the learning management model by using information technology of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. By conducting 2-step research which is step 1 studying the condition and implement in the management of learning by using information technology of schools in Bangkok. Studying documents, study the condition and implement by in-depth interviews with 9 experts from the school directors, the draft data, check the suitability and accuracy by in-depth interview with 9 experts. Step 2 trial and evaluation for the efficiency of the learning management model using information technology of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The experimenting with 2 schools and evaluating to verify the benefits and possibilities by using the model with the checklist form. The research found that the management model of learning management using information technology of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. There are consists of 3 main components, which are 1) Information and technology in schools with 2 sub-components such as information technology infrastructure and application of information technology in education. 2) Learning management has 5 sub-elements which are learning and teaching activities focusing on learners. Organizing integrated teaching and learning activities. Using a variety of teaching methods. Using media and learning resources. Measurement and Evaluation. 3) Factors affecting the use of information technology in schools are 4 sub-components such as the competencies of teachers in learning management through information technology. Support from school administrators in learning management. Technology availability. Competency of supporting personnel. From the results of the trial and evaluation of the developed model, it is found that the benefits and possibilities are at a high level.
