ความพึงพอใจของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการศึกษา ของสำนักงาน กศน. จังหวัดลำพูน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของสำนักงาน กศน. จังหวัดลำพูนและ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของสำนักงาน กศน. จังหวัดลำพูน จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และอายุราชการ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบุคลากรในสังกัดสำนักงาน กศน. จังหวัดลำพูน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 115 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตหรือค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบ t-test และ F-Test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของสำนักงาน กศน. จังหวัดลำพูน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.87, = 0.67) โดยด้านการบริหารงบประมาณมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (= 3.91, = 0.59) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ(= 3.88, = 0.66) และด้านการบริหารงานบุคคลมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (= 3.84, = 0.83) สำหรับผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการศึกษาของสำนักงาน กศน. จังหวัดลำพูน จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษาและอายุราชการโดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คำสำคัญ : ความพึงพอใจ, ครู, บุคลากรทางการศึกษา, การบริหารจัดการศึกษา, สำนักงาน กศน. จังหวัดลำพูน ABSTRACT The purposes of this research were 1) to study of the satisfaction of the teachers and education personnel on the educational administration of Lamphun provincial office of the non-formal and informal education and 2) to compare the satisfaction of the teachers and education personnel on the educational administration of Lamphun provincial office of the non-formal and informal education classified by sex, education level and official age. This study was a survey research in which data was collected from questionnaires distributed to 115teachers and education personnel on the educational administration of Lamphun provincial office of the non-formal and informal education. All data were analyzed by the StatisticalPackageProgram. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation t-test and f-test were the tools used to analyze the data from those questionnaires.The research findings showed that the satisfaction of the teachers and education personnel on the educational administration of Lamphun provincial office of the non-formal and informal education was overall rated to be high level  (= 3.87,  = 0.67). Budget administration received the highest means rating (= 3.91,  = 0.59) followed by academic administration (= 3.88,  = 0.66) and personnel administration received the lowest rating(= 3.84,  = 0.83). The comparison on satisfaction of the teachers and education personnel on the educational administration of Lamphun provincial office of the non-formal and informal education classified by sex, education level and official age in overall found that statically significant difference at the .05 level.
