Abstract

บทคัดย่อ งานวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงของ        ครูพี่เลี้ยงนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยมีขั้นตอนในการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานและสภาพปัจจุบันในการนิเทศนักศึกษา   ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของครูพี่เลี้ยง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูพี่เลี้ยงจำนวน 16 คน อาจารย์นิเทศก์มหาวิทยาลัยจำนวน 10 คน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่มแบบสัมภาษณ์ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนารูปแบบการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงของครูพี่เลี้ยงนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู       กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 7 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงของครูพี่เลี้ยง ขั้นตอนที่ 3  การศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงของครูพี่เลี้ยงนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูพี่เลี้ยงจำนวน 34 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบทดสอบ แบบประเมิน และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าสถิติ (t-test) Dependent และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเพื่อสรุปประเด็นและข้อค้นพบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ข้อมูลพื้นฐานและสภาพปัจจุบันในการนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจะมี    ครูพี่เลี้ยงซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการดูแล แนะนำ ให้คำปรึกษา ช่วยเหลือนักศึกษาโดยใช้กระบวนการนิเทศติดตาม ซึ่งปัญหาในการนิเทศที่พบ คือ ระบบการนิเทศที่ไม่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน ครูพี่เลี้ยงจะเป็นผู้ออกแบบวิธีการนิเทศด้วยตนเอง ส่วนแนวโน้มในการนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจะเป็นไปแบบร่วมพัฒนาวิชาชีพ 2. รูปแบบการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงของครูพี่เลี้ยงที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบไปด้วย วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ หลักการของรูปแบบ ทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยง เนื้อหาในการนิเทศตามรูปแบบ กระบวนการของรูปแบบ แนวปฏิบัติของครูพี่เลี้ยงและแนวปฏิบัติของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู และแนวทางการนำรูปแบบไปใช้          ให้ประสบความสำเร็จ โดยผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ พบว่า คุณภาพของร่างรูปแบบมีค่าความสอดคล้อง รายข้อมาตรฐานด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ มาตรฐานด้านความเป็นไปได้ มาตรฐานด้านความเหมาะสม และมาตรฐาน   ด้านความถูกต้องมีค่าระหว่าง 0.85-1.00  3. การศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบ พบว่า 1) สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจในการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงของครูพี่เลี้ยงหลังการใช้รูปแบบสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีค่าสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80  สมรรถนะด้านทักษะในการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงของครูพี่เลี้ยงที่ครูพี่เลี้ยงประเมินตนเอง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนที่นักศึกษาประเมินครูพี่เลี้ยงในภาพรวม        อยู่ระดับมาก  2) ครูพี่เลี้ยงมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและ 3) นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูมีความพึงพอใจในการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงของครูพี่เลี้ยงในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ : รูปแบบการนิเทศโดยวิธีการสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยง, ครูพี่เลี้ยง, นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ABSTRACT The objective of the research was to development a Supervision Model by using Coaching and Mentoring  of  Mentor Student Teachers in the Faculty of Education at Phranakhon Sri Ayutthaya Rajabhat University.It was a three-steps research procedure:  1) to study and analyze the supervision of student teachers. The samples were sixteen mentors, ten supervisors university, the data were collected using focus group and interview.  2) to develop a model for supervision though the  coaching and mentoring of student teachers. This sample was composed of seven experts; 3) to study the effectiveness of a Supervision Model by using Coaching and Mentoring of Mentor Student Teachers. The samples consisted of thirty four teachers.The data were collected using test, evaluation, and questionnaire. The quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics  mean, standard deviation  and a t-test qualitative content were analyzed by summarizing the issues and findings. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The supervisor student teachers and mentor played role of a guidance counselor and assisted students with the process of supervision. The problem with of supervisory systems was that they were not standardized. Mentors are also trained to self-supervise. The trend in supervising student teachers is to develop a professional model. 2. The model of supervision by coaching and mentoring consisted of the purpose of the model, the principle of the model, the theory involves coaching and mentoring, content in the form of supervision, the process of the pattern, the role of mentors and student teachers, and guidelines and forms to ensure success. The results determined that the suitability of the model was within of the utility standards, feasibility standards, propriety standards and accuracy standards, with were between 0.85-1.00. 3. The result of the effectiveness of the supervision model showed that the ability of the mentor in terms of coaching and mentoring after using the supervision model by coaching and mentoring at a statistically significant level of .05 and higher than 80% criterion, performance in coaching and mentoring based on the self-assessments of the mentors at the highest level and the student teachers also evaluated this factor at a high level. 2) Mentors were satisfied with the Supervision Model by using Coaching and Mentoring at the highest level ; and  3) The student teachers were satisfied with the  supervision model by using coaching and mentoring of mentor at the highest level.     Keywords :      Model by using coaching and mentoring, mentor, student teacher
