การพัฒนารูปแบบการนิเทศที่เน้นการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงทางวิชาการ เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูนานาชาติ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนารูปแบบการนิเทศที่เน้นการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงทางวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูนานาชาติ (2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบ (3) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ  กลุ่มเป้าหมายจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ อาจารย์นิเทศก์ชาวต่างชาติ และอาจารย์นิเทศก์ประจำโรงเรียน (Supervisors) จำนวน 5 คน  พี่เลี้ยงทางวิชาการ (Mentors) จำนวน 12 คน  นิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูนานาชาติจาก VIA University College จำนวน 4 คน ที่ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ณ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ประสานมิตร (ฝ่ายมัธยม) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ รูปแบบการนิเทศและแผนประกอบการใช้รูปแบบ  แบบประเมินสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนิสิต แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนิสิตและพี่เลี้ยงทางวิชาการ แบบบันทึกการนิเทศ  แบบบันทึกการสอนแบบพรรณนาความ และแบบสัมภาษณ์  การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย  พบว่า 1) รูปแบบการนิเทศที่ มีองค์ประกอบคือ หลักการ  วัตถุประสงค์ องค์ประกอบเชิงกระบวนการ  เงื่อนไขของการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ และปัจจัยสนับสนุน มีขั้นตอนดังนี้  (1) Prerequisite (2)Team Training (NISIT) (3) Professional Mentoring  2) ประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบพบว่า 2.1) นิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูนานาชาติมีสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง 2.2) พี่เลี้ยงทางวิชาการมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้รูปแบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 2.3) นิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูนานาชาติมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้รูปแบบอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) การปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูนานาชาติ 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน และการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม   คำสำคัญ: รูปแบบการนิเทศ, พี่เลี้ยงทางวิชาการ, นิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูนานาชาติ  ABSTRACT The research purposes aimed (1) to develop supervision model emphasizing on professional mentoring to enhance instructional competence of international student teachers (2) to study the effectiveness of the model and (3) to study the best practices. The target group selected by purposive sampling were 5 foreign supervisors and school supervisors, 12 mentors, 4 student teachers from VIA University College, Denmark teaching practicum at Srinakharinwirot University; Prasarnmit Demonstration School (Secondary). The research instruments were the supervision model and the model implementing plan, the assessment form of learning management competence of international student teachers, the satisfaction assessment form of international student teachers and professional mentors, supervision report form, journal writing and interview questionnaire. The data analyses included content analyses and descriptive statistics. The research finding were as follows: 1) The components of supervision model were principles, systematic components, conditions of model implementation, supporting factors. The systematic components of the model consisted of the following steps: 1. Prerequisite, 2. Team Training (NISIT) 3. Professional Mentoring 2) The effectiveness of the model were that 2.1) international student teachers had higher instructional competence than before the experiment., 2.2) the satisfaction of profession mentors towards implementing supervision model was in the highest level and 2.3) the satisfaction of student teachers towards implementing supervision model was in the high level. 3) The best practice in enhancing instructional competence of international student teachers in 3 aspects consisting of learning management, classroom management and collaborative teamwork   Keywords: Supervision Model, Professional Mentor, International Student Teachers
