การประเมินสมรรถนะการวิจัยของบัณฑิตหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาคณิตศาสตรศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินสมรรถนะการวิจัยของบัณฑิตหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาคณิตศาสตรศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ในภาพรวม และเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการวิจัยของบัณฑิตที่มีสถานภาพต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเป็นบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรในปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 110 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า  1)  ผลการประเมินสมรรถนะการวิจัยของบัณฑิตโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านคุณลักษณะความเป็นนักวิจัย รองลงมาคือ ด้านความรู้ และด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติ  2)  ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการวิจัยของบัณฑิตที่มีสถานภาพแตกต่างกัน พบว่า บัณฑิตที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีสมรรถนะการวิจัย ด้านความรู้ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ และโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน  และบัณฑิตที่มีขนาดโรงเรียนที่ทำงาน ระดับชั้นที่สอน และตำแหน่งงานต่างกัน มีสมรรถนะการวิจัย ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คำสำคัญ : การประเมิน,  สมรรถนะการวิจัย, หลักสูตรคณิตศาสตรศึกษา ABSTRACT The purposes of this research were to evaluate and compare the research competency of the Master Degree graduates in Mathematics Education program at Ramkhamhaeng University with difference status. Samples were 110 graduates who completed the program in academic year 2018.  Stratified random sampling technique was used to get the samples. Questionnaire was utilized in data collection. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation and one – way ANOVA. Findings revealed that. 1) The graduates had overall and dimensional research competencies at a high level. The dimension with the highest mean was being as a researcher followed by knowledge and practical skills. 2) The graduates with different work experiences had different research competency in knowledge with the statistical significance at the level of .05  while  those of the other dimensions and the overall were not different and the graduates with different school size, teaching level, and position had the overall and dimensional research competencies that were not significantly different at the .05 level.
