แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ทางอารมณ์และสังคมเพื่อการป้องกัน และแก้ไขปัญหาทางพฤติกรรมและอารมณ์สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ ปัญหาทางพฤติกรรมและอารมณ์ส่งผลกระทบต่อเด็ก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความยากลำบากในการเรียนรู้ ปัญหาสัมพันธภาพ รวมไปถึงสุขภาพทางร่างกายและจิตใจโดยอาจมีสาเหตุหลักมาจากปัจจัยทางจิตสังคม เนื่องจากบ้านและโรงเรียนเป็นสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีความสำคัญที่สุดสำหรับเด็ก ผลจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม พบว่า แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาทางพฤติกรรมและอารมณ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย ได้แก่ การเล่านิทานประกอบหุ่นมือ การเรียนรู้โดยการใช้ตัวแบบทั้งในชีวิตจริงและโดยวีดีโอเทป (VM) รูปแบบการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงโดยครูในโรงเรียน (TMP)  การฝึกอบรมครูและผู้ปกครอง (TPT) รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ทางปัญญาสังคม (CSL) การบำบัดโดยปรับความคิดและพฤติกรรม (CBT) รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ด้านอารมณ์ พฤติกรรม และความคิด (ABCD) และการฝึกทักษะทางสังคม (SST) ล้วนมีความสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีปัญญาสังคม (Social-Cognitive Theory) และทฤษฎีพัฒนาการทางสังคม (Social Development Theory) ซึ่งเป็นทฤษฎีพื้นฐานที่สำคัญของการเรียนรู้ทางอารมณ์และสังคม คำสำคัญ : การเรียนรู้ทางอารมณ์และสังคม ปัญหาทางพฤติกรรมและอารมณ์ เด็กปฐมวัย ABSTRACT Emotional and behavioral problems affect children in many aspects, that is, learning difficulties, interpersonal relationship as well as physical and mental health. The major causes may stem from psychosocial factors, pertaining to home and school that are the most important social environment for children. A review of the literature on this topic suggests guidelines for arranging activities to dealing with social and emotional problems for preschoolers, involving storytelling with puppet, Videotape Modelling (VM), Teacher Mentoring Program (TMP), Teachers and Parents Training (TPT), Cognitive-Social Learning model (CSL), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Affective-Behavioral-Cognitive-Dynamic model (ABCD), and Social Skills Training (SST). These activities are in line with Social-Cognitive and Social-Development Theories, which have long been considered as the fundamental theories of social and emotional learning.   Keywords :     Social and Emotional Learning, Emotional and Behavioral Problems,Preschoolers
