การศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูคณิตศาสตร์ในยุค 4.0

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การศึกษาวิจัย เรื่อง การศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูคณิตศาสตร์ในยุค 4.0 มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูคณิตศาสตร์ในยุค 4.0 2) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูคณิตศาสตร์ในยุค 4.0 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูคณิตศาสตร์ในยุค 4.0 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ซึ่งกลุ่มที่ 1 เป็นนักศึกษาคณิตศาสตร์ที่ออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู จำนวน 37 คน และกลุ่มที่ 2 เป็นครูพี่เลี้ยงของนักศึกษาคณิตศาสตร์ที่ออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 18 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะ ฯ 2) แบบประเมินสมรรถนะ ฯ และ3) แบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ ฯ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูคณิตศาสตร์ในยุค 4.0 ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะแกนกลางของครูในยุค 4.0 และสมรรถนะทางทักษะกระบวนการทางคณิตศาสตร์ 2) ผลการประเมินสมรรถนะฯ จากนักศึกษาประเมินตนเองและครูพี่เลี้ยงประเมินนักศึกษาซึ่งวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติ t – test independent พบว่า  สมรรถนะแกนกลางของครูในยุค 4.0 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ในประเด็นการสร้างนวัตกรรมและการใช้เทคโนโลยี และสมรรถนะทางทักษะกระบวนการทางคณิตศาสตร์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ในประเด็นการแก้ปัญหา ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์และการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางคณิตศาสตร์และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูคณิตศาสตร์ในยุค 4.0 ได้แก่ (1) การบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน (2) ปรับเนื้อหาในรายวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสร้างสื่อนวัตกรรมและ (3) จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้านคณิตศาสตร์   คำสำคัญ: สมรรถนะครูคณิตศาสตร์, นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู, ครูยุค 4.0  ABSTRACT Researching study on the Competencies of Components of Mathematics interns in 4.0 Era. This research objectives are: 1) To study the competencies of components of interns in teaching experience in mathematics in the 4.0 era. 2) To study the competencies of interns in teaching experience in mathematics in the 4.0 era, and 3) To study the intern's development of teaching in mathematics in the 4.0 era. The samples that used in study will be divided into two groups. The first group, there are 37 interns in Mathematics department who will be sent out to internship. The second group, there are 18 mentors in the Mathematics Department who take care of intern. The devices used to collect data detail as follows 1) An interview form to study competencies of components, 2) A competencies assessment form, and 3) An interview form for guidelines for competencies development. The results were as follows: 1) The competency of interns in the 4.0 era consisted of 2 parts: the core of teachers’ competencies in the 4.0 era, the mathematical capacity of skills and processes. 2) Performance assessment results The self-assessment students and student mentors, analyzed by t-test independent statistic, found that the core competencies of teachers in the 4.0 era were statistically different at 0.05 in terms of innovation and technology and skill competency. The mathematical processes differed statistically at 0.05 in problem solving, creativity and use of mathematical technology, and 3) Course for improving the competency of interns in the 4.0 era. Such as (1) effective classroom management, (2) adjusting the compulsory courses related to the creation of innovative media, and (3) organizing compulsory activities in the curriculum or extracurricular on promoting competency in the using technology in mathematical.
