การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 8 ประการ ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 8 ประการ ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 750 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 8 ประการ หาคุณภาพเครื่องมือในด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา มีค่า IOC = 0.80-1.00 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความต้องการจำเป็น เพื่อแสดงระดับของความต้องการจำเป็นด้านต่างๆ โดยใช้ค่าดัชนี PNImodified ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 8 ประการ 4 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด คือ ด้านใฝ่เรียนรู้ (ข้อการแสวงหาความรู้จากแหล่งเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกโรงเรียนด้วยการเลือกใช้สื่ออย่างเหมาะสม สรุปเป็นองค์ความรู้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้ มีค่า PNImodified = 0.292) รองลงมาคือ ด้านอยู่อย่างพอเพียง (ข้อการดำเนินชีวิตอย่างพอประมาณ มีเหตุผล รอบคอบ มีคุณธรรม มีค่า PNImodified = 0.261) และด้านมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน (ข้อการตั้งใจและรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่การงาน และการทำงานด้วยเพียงพยายามและอดทนเพื่อให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย มีค่า PNImodified = 0.253 และ 0.248) ตามลำดับ Abstract The purpose of this research was to study of needs assessments to developing the 8 desired characteristics of secondary school students. The sample consisted of 750 secondary school students. The research instruments were needs assessments to developing the eight desired characteristics scale with content validity IOC=0.80-1.00. Data was analysis by PNImodified. The result of the study founded the 4 ranking that the most needed by the result is avidity for learning (the knowledge inquiry from inside and outside school with the suitable choosing media, conclusion to the body of knowledge, and apply to dairy life item: PNImodified = 0.292), applying principles of sufficiency economy philosophy in one’s way of life (the using lifestyle in sufficiency economy philosophy, logical, circumspect, and ethical item: PNImodified = 0.261), dedication and commitment to work (the attention and responsibility in duty item and the work with effort and endure for success to goal setting item: PNImodified = 0.332) respectively.คำสำคัญ: ความต้องการจำเป็น คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา Keyword: Need Assessments, Desired characteristics, Secondary School Students
