สภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำคุณภาพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน 2) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำคุณภาพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน  3)เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนกับภาวะผู้นำคุณภาพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ในจังหวัดปทุมธานีและ 4)เพื่อศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำคุณภาพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 162 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบคัดเลือกตัวแปรเข้า ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้  1) สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านกายภาพ ด้านบริหารและด้านวิชาการ 2)ภาวะผู้นำคุณภาพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล ด้านการใช้แรงจูงใจ ด้านการเน้นการบริการ ด้านการตัดสินใจ และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร3)สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงกับภาวะผู้นำคุณภาพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05และ 4)สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำคุณภาพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มีอำนาจการพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 56 คำสำคัญ : ภาวะผู้นำคุณภาพ, สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน Abstract The purposes of this research were to study 1) School environments under the office of  the private education commission in Pathum Thani province.2) Quality Leadership of School Administrators under the office of the private education commission in Pathum Thani province  3) Relationship between school environments and quality leadership of School Administrators under the office of the private education commission in Pathum Thani province  4) School environments affecting quality leadership of school administrators under the office of the private education commission in Pathum Thani  province. The samples consisted of 162 administrators under the office of the private education commission in Pathum Thani province, term 1 of year 2016. The instruments used for data collection were 5 point-rating scale questionnaires. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient showed the value of 0.92. The data analysis was performed by mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing were conducted using Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, multiple correlation and  multiple regression analysis - Enter method. The results of the research were as follows; 1. School environments under the office of the private education commission in Pathum Thani province as a whole was at a high level. When considering each individual aspect was also at a high level by ranking from the highest to the lowest mean as follows; the aspect of physical, administration and academic respectively. 2. Quality leadership of school administrators under the office of the private education commission in Pathum Thani province as a whole was at a high level. When considering each individual aspect was also at a high level by ranking from the highest to the lowest mean as follows; vision, relationship, motivation, customer focus, decision making and communication respectively. 3. There was a statistically significant positive relationship at .01 level between school environments with quality leadership at high level. 4. School environments affecting quality leadership of school administrators under the office of the private education commission in Pathum Thani province. The effect was significant at the .05 level. There was 56 percent of the predictive power. The school environments in the aspect of physical had the highest predictive value and then the aspect of administration and academic respectively.
