Abstract

บทคัดย่อ             บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่การเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม การพัฒนาประเทศไปสู่ความ “มั่นคง มั่งคั่ง ยั่งยืน” ตามนโยบาย Thailand 4.0 โดยมีกรอบยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี และแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาประเทศสอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของประชาคมโลก (sustainable development goals: SDGs) องค์การต่างๆ จึงได้มีการปรับตัวไปสู่การสร้างนวัตกรรมและองค์ความรู้ใหม่ เช่นเดียวกับสถานศึกษาที่ผู้บริหารจะต้องสนับสนุน ส่งเสริมบุคลากรให้มีความสามารถและเข้าใจในนวัตกรรม จึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่สถานศึกษาต่างๆ จะต้องพัฒนาเชิงนวัตกรรมในองค์กร ซึ่งผู้ที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการผลักดันให้มีการสร้างพัฒนา หรือนำนวัตกรรมมาใช้กับการศึกษาก็คือผู้นำหรือผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่สามารถใช้นวัตกรรมในการนำองค์การอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีการปรับตัวและพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมในสถานศึกษา โดยการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่การเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม มี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1. การวางแผน 2. การอำนวยการ 3. การประสานงาน 4. การรายงานและการประเมินผลงาน เพื่อให้เป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมที่มุ่งสร้างค่านิยมใหม่ๆ ของสถานศึกษาที่เอื้อต่อการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถ ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรมีความกล้าคิด กล้าลงมือปฏิบัติ มีการสนับสนุนความรู้ในการสร้างนวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษา และสร้างพื้นฐานในการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมให้กับบุคลากรจากการจัดการความรู้ ส่งเสริม สนับสนุนบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถสู่การเป็นนวัตกรที่ดี ดังนั้นความท้าทายในการพัฒนาประเทศส่วนหนึ่งคือ การยกระดับขีดความสามารถทางนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษา โดยการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่การเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมให้พร้อมต่อการพัฒนาประเทศไปสู่ความ “มั่นคง มั่งคั่ง ยั่งยืน”   Abstract               This article aims to present the management of educational institutions towards becoming innovative educational institutions, contributing to the country's "stability, prosperity, and sustainability" in alignment with Thailand's 4.0 policy, a 20-year national strategic framework, and the National Economic and Social Development Plan. This guidance supports the nation's development in accordance with the sustainable development goals (SDGs) of the global community. Various organizations are, therefore, adjusting their strategies to foster innovation and generate new knowledge. Executives must actively support and promote personnel to acquire the skills and understanding of innovation. Hence, it is imperative that educational institutions invest in innovative development. They play a pivotal role in driving development and implementing innovation in education. Educational institution administrators, as leaders, must effectively utilize innovation to facilitate cultural adaptation and development within these institutions. To guide educational institutions towards becoming innovative, four key steps are identified : planning, administration, coordination, and reporting and evaluation. The goal is to transform educational institutions into centers of innovation, fostering new educational values that enhance the capabilities of their personnel. This approach encourages individuals to think boldly, take action, and acquire the knowledge necessary to innovate effectively. Thus, part of the challenge in developing the country lies in enhancing the innovation capacity of educational institutions through effective management, making them prepared to contribute to the country's "stability, prosperity, and sustainability."
