Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุค Digital Transformation เป็นการดำเนินงานบริหารงานโรงเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยียุคดิจิทัล มีวิธีการบริหารจัดการเพื่อให้บรรลุผลตามวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่สถานศึกษากำหนดไว้ โดยสถานศึกษาสามารถดำเนินงานโดยการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารสถานศึกษาทั้ง 4 งาน ประกอบด้วย 1) การบริหารวิชาการ 2) การบริหารงบประมาณ 3) การบริหารงานบุคคล และ 4) การบริหารทั่วไป  ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อนำมาใช้เป็นองค์ประกอบในการบริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการใช้กระบวนการบริหารตามวงจรคุณภาพ PDCA ซึ่งผู้บริหารให้ความสำคัญในการกำหนดนโยบาย มีวิสัยทัศน์ กำหนดเป้าหมายโรงเรียน ความเป็นผู้นำทางด้านเทคโนโลยี กำกับติดตามการปฏิบัติงาน โดยนำเทคโนโลยียุคดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการ และการจัดการเรียนการสอน และปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยียุคดิจิทัลมีรูปแบบในการดำเนินงานที่มีความชัดเจน ผู้บริหารให้ความสำคัญในการกำกับติดตามการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีการพัฒนาความรู้การปฏิบัติงานให้ครู ด้วยความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินกิจกรรมในทุกงาน ภายใต้องค์ประกอบการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการบริหารสถานศึกษาในการพัฒนาบุคลากร การบริหารจัดการ การใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาล การมีส่วนร่วม การมีภาวะผู้นำ และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร Abstract School management in the digital transformation era is the operation of school management using digital technology.
