Abstract

บทคัดย่อการศึกษาเรื่องภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการสอน และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำนวน 285 คน ได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และนำไปสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น  โดยใช้ขนาดโรงเรียนเป็นชั้น ต่อจากนั้นไปทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย  ด้วยวิธีจับสลาก เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยผ่านขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 ท่าน  ค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหามีค่าระหว่าง .60-1.00   และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .89  การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การทดสอบค่าที และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียวผลการวิจัย ปรากฏดังนี้1.  ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านโดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี ด้านการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาและด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้2.  ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษา  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้และด้านการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา ไม่พบความแตกต่าง3.  ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษา  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการสอน พบว่า ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนต่างกันมีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและด้านการพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้และด้านการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา ไม่พบความแตกต่าง4.  ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษา  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่าครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกันมีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คำสำคัญ : ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการAbstractThe purposes of this study were to study the level of academic leadership of teachers in private primary schools under Pathumthani  Primary Educational Service Area Office; and to compare academic leadership of teachers in private primary schools under Pathumthani  Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by education level, teaching experience and school size. The samples consisted of 285 teachers in private primary schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office  by using Krejcie & Morgan (1970: 608) to define the sample size. The stratified random sampling was done by using school size as strata to use for calculate the sample size. Sample random sampling was done thereafter. The instruments used for data collection were 5 point-rating scale questionnaires. This questionnaire was sent to five experts to examine the quality and accuracy. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient showed the value of .89 and IOC (Index of Item Objective Congruence) is valued between .60-1.00. Basic data analysis was done by mean and standard deviation. The test of hypothesis was done by using t-test and One-Way ANOVA.The research results were as under mentioned;1.  The level of academic leadership of teachers in private primary schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office as a whole and  each individual aspect were at high level by ranking from the highest to the lowest mean as follows; learning process management, curriculum development, media, innovation and technology development,  in-school supervision, and learning resources development.                2.  Different education level of teachers in private primary schools under Pathumthani PrimaryEducational Service Area Office as a whole revealed no difference on academic leadership. In contrast, when considering each individual aspect found that the aspect of curriculum development was statistically significant different at .05 level on academic leadership of teachers in private primary schools under Pathumthani  Primary Educational  Service Area  Office    where    as learning  process management, media, innovation and technology development, learning resources development, and in-school supervision revealed no difference.3.  Different teaching experience of teachers in private primary schools under PathumthaniPrimary Educational Service Area Office as a whole revealed no difference on academic leadership. In contrast, when considering each individual aspect found that the aspect of curriculum development and media, innovation and technology development were statistically significant different at .05 level on academic leadership of teachers in private primary schools under Pathumthani  Primary Educational Service Area Office where as the aspect of learning process management, learning resources development, and in-school supervision revealed no difference.                4.  Different school size of teachers in private primary schools under Pathumthani PrimaryEducational Service Area Office as a whole and each individual aspect were statistically significant different at .05 level on academic leadership of teachers in private primary schools under Pathumthani  Primary Educational Service Area Office.Keyword.
