การพัฒนาความสามารถในการจัดทำหน่วยการเรียนรู้บูรณาการที่สอดคล้องกับท้องถิ่นของผู้สอนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (THE DEVELOPMENT OF ABILITY TO CREATE INTEGRATED LEARNING UNITS CONFORMING WITH THE LOCALITY OF THE BASIC EDUCATION TEACHERS)

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการจัดทำหน่วยการเรียนรู้บูรณาการที่สอดคล้องกับท้องถิ่นของผู้สอนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยใช้การเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ (Action Learning) และการเพิ่มพลังอำนาจ (Empowerment) เป็นกระบวนการหลักของการพัฒนา กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นผู้สอนโรงเรียนศรีสวัสดิ์พิทยาคม จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ห้องเรียนสาขาด่านแม่แฉลบ จำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบประเมินตนเองและแบบประเมินโดยผู้วิจัย ดำเนินการประเมินก่อนและหลังการพัฒนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สอนมีความสามารถในการจัดทำหน่วยการเรียนรู้บูรณาการที่สอดคล้องกับท้องถิ่นสูงขึ้นคำสำคัญ: หน่วยการเรียนรู้บูรณาการ การศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน การเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ การเพิ่มพลังอำนาจThe objective of this research was to develop the capability of creating an integrated learning unit conforming to the needs of local area basic education teachers, teaching at the basic education level. Action learning and empowerment were used in the development process. The subjects of the study consisted of 4 teachers in Danmaechalap branch classroom of Srisawatpittayakhom School in Kanchanaburi province. The instruments were self- evaluation form for teachers and an evaluation form for the researcher. The evaluation process was carried out prior to the treatment and right after the treatment. The result found reveals that the teachers were highly capable of developing the integrated learning unit relevant to the local needs.Keywords: Integrated unit of learning, Basic education, Action learning, Empowerment
