“ชุมชนเมืองแกนพัฒนา” ภาพตัวแทนของการปะทะประสานระหว่างภูมิทัศน์การเกษตรและภูมิทัศน์การท่องเที่ยวในบริบทของสังคมชนบทสมัยใหม่ (“MUEANG KAEN PATTANA” REPRESENTATION OF THE ARTICULATION OF AGRICULTURAL LANDSCAPE AND TOURISTSCAPE IN THE MODERN RURAL SOCIETY)

Abstract

“ชนบทในฝัน” มักเป็นมุมมองของคนในเมืองที่โหยหาชนบทในอุดมคติที่มีความล้าหลังไร้การศึกษา ความยากจน และความเป็นเกษตรกร โดยไม่ได้นึกถึงพลวัตที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน งานวิจัยนี้จึงต้องการศึกษาสังคมชนบทที่เปลี่ยนผ่านสู่สังคมสมัยใหม่ รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์การปะทะประสานระหว่างภูมิทัศน์การเกษตรและภูมิทัศน์การท่องเที่ยวในบริบทกระบวนการกลายเป็นสินค้า การศึกษานี้ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการเชิงคุณภาพผ่านการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากบุคคลสำคัญในชุมชน ผู้นำชุมชน นักธุรกิจที่เข้ามาลงทุนในชุมชน รวมทั้งหมด 9 คน และวิธีการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ คือ เกษตรกรในชุมชน จำนวน 160 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ถึงแม้ว่าเกษตรกรในชุมชนจะมีแนวโน้มไปสู่อาชีพนอกภาคเกษตร เช่น อาชีพค้าขาย บริการ และรับจ้างทั่วไป เป็นต้น แต่ในขณะเดียวกันยังเกิดกระบวนการหวนสู่ภาคเกษตรควบคู่ไปพร้อมกันโดยไม่ใช่การผลิตดั้งเดิม หากแต่เป็นระบบเชิงพาณิชย์ เช่น ระบบเกษตรพันธสัญญา การเติบโตของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจในตลาดท้องถิ่นที่ขยายตัว ฯลฯ จากความพร้อมทางด้านทุนทางกายภาพของชุมชนจึงทำให้เกิดการผลิตสร้างพื้นที่ขึ้นใหม่เรียกว่า “ภูมิทัศน์การท่องเที่ยว” ส่งผลให้กลุ่มนายทุนได้เปรียบมากกว่าเกษตรกรและชาวบ้านในชุมชน ดังนั้นภูมิทัศน์การเกษตรและภูมิทัศน์การท่องเที่ยวจึงคล้ายกับเป็นความสัมพันธ์ที่แยกออกจากกันไม่ได้เปรียบเสมือนเป็นการปะทะประสานกันเอาไว้คำสำคัญ: ภูมิทัศน์การเกษตร  ภูมิทัศน์การท่องเที่ยว  การผลิตสร้างพื้นที่  การปะทะประสาน  ชุมชนเมืองแกนพัฒนา“Dream countryside” is often seen as the viewpoint of people who lives in the urbanized city that yearn for the ideal countryside which characterized with lagging in development, being uneducated, poor and thought that the most career path in the rural area is Agriculture even though nowadays there has more and sophisticated social and physical dynamics in the rural area or the countryside. Hence, the aim of this research is to study the rural society which has undergone changes in modern society, including the analysis of the articulation between agricultural landscape and touristscape in the aspect of the commoditization. By using qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews with the key informants in the community which community leaders, businessmen for nine persons, also with quantitative methods for a survey of 160 sampling farmers in the community. The findings highlight that although the farmers in the community tend to pursue de-agrarianization careers such as for trades, services and general employment, however, there is also a process of re-agrarianization at the same time, which is not the traditional agricultural production but a commercial agriculture such as the contract farming system, the growths of the entrepreneurial groups in expanding local market. In conclusion, according to the resourceful and the suitable physical area, making the new production of space called “Touristscape”, resulting in the capitalist group having an advantage over the farmers and villagers in the community. Therefore, it’s inseparable between the agricultural landscape and touristscape because of these articulated systems with the changing social and physical dynamics in rural area.Keywords: Agricultural Landscape, Touristscape, Production of Space, The Articulation, Mueang Kaen Pattana Community
