Abstract

บทคัดย่อ วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยอบรมเรื่องความปลอดภัยในการใช้เครื่องผลิตแผ่นซีดีอาร์ โดยมีสมมุติฐานว่าบทเรียนที่สร้างขึ้นมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีขึ้นไป และร้อยละ 60 ของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมสามารถผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนดด้วยคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 60 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ เป็นพนักงานช่างเทคนิค แผนกการผลิต ซึ่งอยู่ในระบบอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตแผ่นซีดีอาร์ ของบริษัทไพลิน เลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด จำนวน 45 คนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นพนักงานช่างเทคนิค แผนกการผลิต ซึ่งอยู่ในระบบอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตแผ่นซีดีอาร์ ของบริษัทไพลิน เลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 20 คน ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพทางด้าน เนื้อหาและด้านผลิตสื่อจัดอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ส่วนผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยอบรมเรื่องความปลอดภัยในการใช้เครื่องผลิตแผ่นซีดีอาร์ที่สร้างขึ้น ผู้วิจัยได้ทำแบบสังเกตการปฏิบัติงานกับกลุ่มประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่บริษัท ไพลิน เลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด จำนวน 20 คน จากคะแนนเต็ม 500 คะแนน ได้คะแนน 467 คะแนน ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.67 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5.00 ซึ่งมีค่าคะแนนที่สูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของการประเมินไว้มาก โดยจะต้องมีคุณภาพของค่าคะแนนไม่ต่ำกว่า 3.50 สามารถนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คำสำคัญ: บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยอบรม ความปลอดภัย เครื่องผลิตซีดีอาร์ Abstract The purposes of this research were to develop and determine the efficiency of the Computer Assisted Training On Safety Of CD-R Production Machine. The hypotheses were that the efficiency of the Computer Assisted Training On Safety Of CD-R Production Machine was at a good level and at least 60 percent of the total sample passed the exam with average score at 60 scores. The population is students who enrolled at the Short Course Curriculum (the subject of Laser Printer Repairing) at Bangkok Polytechnic College. The sample consists of 45 students. Competency Based Skill Training on Laser Printer Repairing for HP LaserJet 5 was developed based on the Authorware Program and the Flash Program. All contents were recorded into the CD-ROM, consisting of two major parts. The first part was the theory of operational systems of laser printers. The second part was the practical steps, demonstrating the processes of taking apart and assembling the laser printers, the set of 6 trouble shootings, and the processes of maintenance. The efficiency of media production and the content are at the excellent level. The mean of exam score by 20 students (100 percent of sample), who were trained by the Computer Assisted Training On Safety Of CD-R Production Machine was at 4.67 scores. This average score was higher than the proposed hypothesis, leading to the acceptance of this hypothesis. In conclusion, the Computer Assisted Training On Safety Of CD-R Production Machine could be used in training course efficiently. Keyword: Computer Assisted Training, Safety, CD-R Production Machine
