การพัฒนาอิฐมวลเบาโดยใช้กระดาษเหลือใช้

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาอิฐมวลเบาด้วยกระดาษเหลือใช้ 2) เพื่อทดสอบคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพและเชิงกลของอิฐมวลเบาด้วยกระดาษเหลือใช้ และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพและเชิงกลของอิฐมวลเบาด้วยกระดาษเหลือใช้ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการพัฒนาเป็นอิฐมวลเบาด้วยกระดาษเหลือใช้ จำนวน 5 อัตราส่วน ตามอัตราส่วนน้ำหนักกับปริมาตรและทำการเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานอิฐมวลเบา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การทดสอบอิฐมวลเบาโดยใช้ด้วยกระดาษเหลือใช้  สรุปผลการทดสอบทั้ง 5 อัตราส่วน พบว่าทั้ง 5 อัตราส่วนผสมไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานอิฐมวลเบา แต่อัตราส่วนที่ 5 ใช้กระดาษ 50 ลิตร ไม่มีทรายเป็นส่วนผสม ปูนซีเมนต์ 30 ลิตร ยิบซั่ม 9 ลิตร ปูนขาว 9 ลิตร และ ผงอลูมิเนียม 2 ลิตร  มีค่าความหนาแน่น ค่าความชื้น และค่าความต้านแรงตึงกับผิวหน้า เทียบเท่ามาตรฐานอิฐมวลเบา ส่วนค่าความดูดซึมน้ำสูงกว่ามาตรฐานอิฐมวลเบา ซึ่งอาจนำไปใช้กับการก่อสร้างผนังภายในอาคารได้     ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัย 1) การทำวิจัยควรหลีกเลี่ยงการใช้กระดาษเหลือใช้ทำอิฐมวลเบาที่รับแรงเพราะกระดาษนั้นดูดความชื้น 2) ควรสนับสนุนการวิจัยที่ใช้กระดาษเหลือใช้ทำวัสดุอื่นๆ 3) กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมควรสนับสนุนการวิจัยที่ใช้วัสดุเหลือใช้อื่นๆในการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มคำสำคัญ การพัฒนา  อิฐมวลเบา กระดาษเหลือใช้  Abstract               The objectives of this research were 1) Develop the light brick using the used paper. 2) To test the physical qualification and mechanical qualification of the light brick using the used paper. 3) To compare the physical qualification and mechanical qualification of the light brick using the used paper. The researcher developed the light brick using the used paper in to 5 ratios and compare with the light brick standard. The research found that:         The test of the light brick using the used paper found that all 5 ratios were not pass the standard requirement, only the 5th ratio were composed of 50 liters of used paper not put sand 30 liters of cement 9 liters of gypsum 9 liters of white cement and 2 liters of aluminum, pass the standard on tested the density humidity and surface pressure but for the water absolved not pass the standard. But anyway its can use for interior construction.           The recommendation of this research are; 1) Next researcher should not use the used paper as a composite to make light brick because it was humidity. 2) Should encourage to research on the light brick. by use the other material. 3) The ministry of industry should encourage to research by using other used material for more value.  Keyword: Development, Light brick, Used paper
