บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมแบบอิงเกณฑ์ เรื่องการประกอบคอมพิวเตอร์ บริษัท ไพลิน เลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อกำหนดตัวชี้วัดและรูปแบบสำหรับเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โดยมีสมมติฐานว่าการศึกษาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมแบบอิงเกณฑ์ เรื่องการประกอบคอมพิวเตอร์ บริษัท ไพลิน เลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด ในปัจจุบันมีต้นทุนผลิตสูง การนำทฤษฎีหลักการออกแบบเพื่อการประกอบ (Design Assembly: DFA) และกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ลำดับขั้น (Analysis Hierarchy Process: AHP) จะช่วยให้ต้นทุนการผลิตลดลงไม่น้อยกว่า 5 เปอร์เซ็นต์ พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของแบบประเมินสื่อการสอนด้านเนื้อหาของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยอบรม เท่ากับ 4.06 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.08 แสดงว่าผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความคิดเห็นใกล้เคียงกัน แสดงว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยด้านเนื้อหามีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับดี และค่าเฉลี่ยของแบบประเมินสื่อการสอนด้านสื่อเท่ากับ 4.27 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.67 แสดงว่าผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความคิดเห็นใกล้เคียงกัน แสดงว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยอบรมด้านสื่อมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับดี ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการอบรมในด้านการลดต้นทุนในการประกอบคอมพิวเตอร์ จากการอบรมด้วยบทเรียนคอมผิวเตอร์กับการทำงานแบบปกติ พบว่าความเร็วในการประกอบคอมพิวเตอร์เท่ากันทั้ง 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้เวลา 1 ชั่วโมง ในการประกอบ 1 เครื่อง แต่หลังการอบรมด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยอบรมในด้านการลดต้นทุนในการประกอบคอมพิวเตอร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถประกอบคอมพิวเตอร์ 1 เครื่อง ได้ภายในเวลา 45 นาที ดังนั้นจะเห็นได้ว่าจากที่การเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เข้าร่วมการอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถลดต้นทุนในการประกอบคอมพิวเตอร์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คำสำคัญ: บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ ฝึกอบรมแบบอิงเกณฑ์ Abstract The purposes of this research were to develop and determine the efficiency of the Cost Reduction for Computer Assembly of Pailin Laser Metal Co.ltd. The hypotheses were that the efficiency of the Cost Reduction for Computer Assembly of Pailin Laser Metal Co.ltd. was at a good level and at least 60 percent of the total sample passed the exam with average score at 60 scores. The population was students who enrolled at the Short Course Curriculum (the subject of Laser Printer Repairing) at Bangkok Polytechnic College. The sample consists of 45 students.The purposes of this research were to develop and determine the efficiency of the Cost Reduction for Computer Assembly of Pailin Laser Metal Co.ltd. The hypotheses were that the efficiency of the Cost Reduction for Computer Assembly of Pailin Laser Metal Co.ltd. was at a good level and at least 60 percent of the total sample passed the exam with average score at 60 scores. The population is students who enrolled at the Short Course Curriculum (the subject of Laser Printer Repairing) at Bangkok Polytechnic College. The sample consists of 45 students. Cost Reduction for Computer Assembly of Pailin Laser Metal Co.ltd. was developed based on the Authorware Program and the Flash Program. All contents were recorded into the CD-ROM, consisting of two major parts. The efficiency of media production ( = 4.06, S.D. = 0.08) and the content ( = 4.27, S.D. = 0.67) are at the excellent level. The mean of exam score by 20 students (100 percent of sample), who were trained by the Cost Reduction for Computer Assembly of Pailin Laser Metal Co.ltd. was at 1 : 45 scores. This average score was higher than the proposed hypothesis, leading to the acceptance of this hypothesis. In conclusion, the Cost Reduction for Computer Assembly of Pailin Laser Metal Co.ltd. could be used in training course efficiently.
