ความคิดเห็นของพนักงานต่อการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุด้านพิษวิทยาในโรงงานของบริษัทไพลินเลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด.

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุด้านพิษวิทยาในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมของบริษัทไพลินเลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด ตามความเห็นของผู้บริหาร วิศวกรและหัวหน้างาน โดยผู้วิจัยมุ่งที่จะศึกษาการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุด้านพิษวิทยาในโรงงานของบริษัทไพลินเลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด จึงได้ทำแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร วิศวกรและหัวหน้างาน ของบริษัทไพลินเลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด และแบบสอบถามได้ผ่านการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความคิดเห็นโดยแบ่งตามหัวข้อรายการที่ประเมินต่างๆ จะเห็นได้ว่าการประเมินทั้งหมดของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้งหมด 3 คน ผลเฉลี่ยรวมทั้งหมด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.67, S.D. = 0.40 ระดับ ดี แสดงให้เห็นว่าแบบสอบถามมีคุณภาพ ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน มากกว่า 3.50 ขึ้นไป ดังนั้นสรุปผลค่าความคิดเห็นของผู้ปฎิบัติงาน ผู้บริหาร วิศวกร และหัวหน้างาน ในบริษัทไพลิน เลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด ทั้งหมด 25 คนแสดงความคิดเห็นว่าทางบริษัทมีนโยบายความปลอดภัยไปปฏิบัติ เพื่อศึกษาการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุด้านพิษวิทยาในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมของบริษัทไพลินเลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด ตามความเห็นของผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างานเพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์อย่างยั่งยืนในบริษัทไพลิน เลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด ตลอดไป โดยเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 90.2 ของผู้ปฎิบัติงาน ผู้บริหาร วิศวกรร และหัวหน้างาน ในบริษัทไพลิน เลเซอร์ เมทเทิล จำกัด คำสำคัญ: พิษวิทยา โรงงานอุตสาหกรรม Abstract The purpose of this research is aimed to Study the opinion of the Workers on hazards of toxicology in a factory of Pailin Laser Mettle Company Limited in one’s mind’s eye of administrators, engineers and supervisors. Researcher heads to study hazardous protection of toxicology in a factory of Pailin Laser Mettle Company Limited so the researcher has made the questionnaire followed the opinion of administrators, engineers and supervisors of the company. The questionnaire has been evaluated by experts that have the opinion for each item of evaluation found that all evaluation of three experts, all mean is 4.67, standard deviation is 0.40 and is in a good level which can indicate that the quality of the questionnaire passed the evaluation criteria more than 3.50. So can conclude the opinion of the administrators, engineers and supervisors in the company amount 25 persons which they thought that the company has the safety policy to protect the accident in toxicology in the factory of the company follow the opinion of the administrators, engineers and supervisors effectively around 90.2 % of workers, administrators, engineers and supervisors in Pailin Laser Mettle Company Limited.
