การศึกษาความคิดเห็นในการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาในเขตจังหวัดนนทบุรี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาความคิดเห็นในการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตจังหวัดนนทบุรี ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นในการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตจังหวัดนนทบุรี มี 7 ด้าน คือ ด้านความบันเทิง ด้านการศึกษา ด้านธุรกิจ ด้านการเมือง ด้านกีฬา ด้านแรงขับทางเพศ และด้านการพัฒนาตน 2) ศึกษาระดับปัญหาในการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ต ของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตจังหวัดนนทบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาในโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตจังหวัดนนทบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2550 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 จำนวน 361 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเพื่อการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ค่าความแปรปรวนแบบทิศทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีการ LSD ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนอาชีวศึกษามีความคิดเห็นในการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตอยู่ในระดับมาก 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาตน ด้านการศึกษา ด้านความบันเทิง ด้านธุรกิจ และมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านกีฬา ด้านการเมือง และด้านแรงขับทางเพศ และนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษามีปัญหาในการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตอยู่ในระดับปานกลางด้านปัญหาเกิดจากผู้ใช้ และปัญหาอื่นๆ และพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาที่มีต่อการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการพัฒนาตนในระดับมาก สูงกว่าด้านอื่น ๆ ดังนั้นสถานศึกษาควรที่จะจัดให้มีการบริการด้านการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตในสถานศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพและสะดวกในการใช้สำหรับนักเรียนและควบคุมดูแลให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ คำสำคัญ: การใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ต Abstract The purposes of this research, were to : A Study of the Internet services of vocational certificate students in Nonthaburi Province, 1) Study the option on internet services of vocational certificate students in Nonthaburi Province with regard to 7 aspects: entertainment, education, business, political, sports, sex motivation and self development. 2) Study their problems in using the internet. The sample of this study 361 students from vocational certificate schools in Nonthaburi Province. A set of questionnaires was to get the data was analyzed to find frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. t-test and One way ANOVA were used to test the hypothesis followed by using LSD method. The results of the research revealed that the vocational certificate students opinion was at the “most” level on four aspects: self development, educatio, entertainment and business and at the “medium” level on three aspects: sports, political and sex motivation Students also got a problem in using internet service at the “medium” level. The problem was caused by the users themselves and some other matters and it revealed that the mean of self development was higher than other factors therefore, the schools should provide more good quality internet services for students, and take good care of them to reach the objectives.
