การสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพสตรี(A SYNTHESIS OF LOCAL WISDOM RESEARCHES ON WOMEN’S HEALTHCARE)

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์พื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปและสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพสตรีจากฐานข้อมูลปริญญานิพนธ์ Thailand Digital Collection (TDC) ระหว่าง ปี พ.ศ. 2540-2560 จำนวน 12 เรื่อง ประกอบด้วยปริญญานิพนธ์และดุษฎีนิพนธ์ จำนวน 9 เรื่อง และบทความวิจัย จำนวน 3 เรื่อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชื่อเรื่องของงานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่ระบุภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเกี่ยวการดูแลสุขภาพสตรีหลังคลอดอย่างชัดเจน โดยจะใช้คำว่า ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านเป็นวิทยานิพนธ์และดุษฎีนิพนธ์อยู่ในช่วง ปี พ.ศ. 2551-2560 ของนักศึกษาปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอกในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นสตรีหลังคลอดในภาคอีสาน มีวิธีการเก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการพรรณาวิเคราะห์ และงานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่จะเน้นที่องค์ความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเกี่ยวการดูแลสุขภาพสตรีหลังคลอด จำนวน 13 ประเด็น ได้แก่ (1) การรับประทานอาหาร (2) การอยู่ไฟ (3) การอาบน้ำอุ่นและน้ำอุ่นต้มสมุนไพร (4) พิธีกรรมเกี่ยวกับมารดาและลูก (5) การดื่มน้ำอุ่นและน้ำต้มสมุนไพร (6) การพักผ่อนและการออกกำลังกาย (7) การอบไอน้ำสมุนไพร/การเข้ากระโจม (8) การทับหม้อเกลือ (9) การนวดตัวและนวดตัวด้วยสมุนไพร (10) การนั่งถ่าน (11) การทาผิวและประคบสมุนไพร (12) การเกิดเนื้องอกทางนรีเวชตามทฤษฎีแพทย์แผนไทย และ (13) พืชสมุนไพรที่ใช้ดูแลสุขภาพสตรีคำสำคัญ: การสังเคราะห์  ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น  การดูแลสุขภาพ  สตรีThis research’s purposes are to study a general data and to synthesize a body of knowledge of12 local wisdom researches, including 9 theses and dissertations and 3 research articles, on women’s healthcare from a thesis database called Thailand Digital Collection (TDC) from 2540 to 2560 B.E. The research results found that most research titles clearly indicated local wisdom on women’s healthcare. The majority of the researches was theses and dissertations published from 2551 to 2560 B.E., written by master and doctoral students from public universities and employed a qualitative approachusing analytical description. The sample group of most researches was puerperal women in a northeastern region. Moreover, the body of knowledge of the researches mainly focused on local wisdom related to puerperal practices divided into 13 issues: (1) food consumption, (2) lying by fire (yuu-fai), (3) warm water and herbal bath, (4) mother and infant-related rituals,(5) warm water and herbal drink, (6) relaxation and exercise, (7) herbal steam tent, (8) salt pot compression, (9) body and herbal massage, (10) sitting over charcoal (11) herbal ball compression, (12) gynecological tumor incidence and (13) herbal plants for women’s healthcare.Keywords: Synthesis, Local Wisdom, Healthcare, Women
