บทบาทที่คาดหวังและบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงของสำนักงานบริหารการศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของผู้รับบริการ คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทที่คาดหวังและระดับบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงของสำนักงานบริหารการศึกษา คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่และนักศึกษา (2) เปรียบเทียบระหว่างบทบาทที่คาดหวังและบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงของสำนักงานบริหารการศึกษา คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่และนักศึกษา (3) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่คาดหวังของสำนักงานบริหารการศึกษา คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ตามความคิดเห็นระหว่างอาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่และนักศึกษา (4) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงของสำนักงานบริหารการศึกษา คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ตามความคิดเห็นระหว่างอาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้รับบริการของคณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษา จำนวน 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่พหุคูณของเชพเฟ่ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. ระดับบทบาทที่คาดหวังและระดับบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงของผู้ปฏิบัติงานสำนักงานบริหารการศึกษา คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก2. บทบาทที่คาดหวังและบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่สำนักงานบริหารการศึกษา คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล มีความแตกต่างกันโดยในภาพรวมบทบาทที่คาดหวังสูงกว่าบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริง เมื่อพิจารณารายองค์ประกอบ พบว่า อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษา มีความคาดหวังในด้านต่างๆ กันตามลำดับดังนี้ (1) ด้านความมั่นใจในบริการ (2) ความเชื่อถือไว้วางใจ (3) ความเป็นรูปธรรม (4) การตอบสนองต่อผู้รับบริการ (5) การติดต่อสื่อสาร และมีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่สำนักงานบริหารการศึกษา ตามลำดับดังนี้ (1) ด้านความมั่นใจในบริการ (2) การตอบสนองต่อผู้รับบริการ (3) ความเชื่อถือไว้วางใจ (4) ความเป็นรูปธรรม (5) การติดต่อสื่อสาร3. อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่และนักศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทที่คาดหวังของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่สำนักงานบริหารการศึกษา คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน4. อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่และนักศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่สำนักงานบริหารการศึกษา คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001คำสำคัญ: บทบาท การรับรู้This research was intended (1) to investigate the level of expected roles and actual roles of the Office of Educational Administrations based on the perception of the service receiver, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University Educational Service Area were evaluated by teachers, staff, and students; (2) to compare between the expected roles and actual roles of the Office of Educational Administration based on the perception of the service receiver, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University Educational Service Area were evaluated by teachers, staff, and students; (3) to compare the expected roles of the Office of Educational Administration based on the perception of the service receiver, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University Education Service Area were evaluated by teachers, staff and students; (4) to compare the actual role of the Office of Educational Administration based on the perception of the service receiver, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University Educational Service Area were evaluated by teachers staff and students. The samples of this study were 205 of teachers staff and students of Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University. The research instrument was 5-point rating scale questionnaire, Data were analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way analysis of variance, and Scheffe test.The findings were following:1. The level of the expected roles and the actual roles of the Office of Educational  Administration, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University in overall at a high level.2. The expected roles and the actual roles of the Office of Educational Administration, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University was significant difference in overall for the expected roles is higher than the actual level. The consideration in each aspect showed that the teachers staff and student expected role in (1) Assurance (2) Reliability (3) Tangible (4) Responsiveness (5) Communication and the opinion of the actual roles to the Office of Educational Administration showed that (1) Assurance (2) Responsiveness (3) Reliability (4) Tangibles (5) Communication.3. The overall opinion of teacher, staff, and students about the expected roles of the Office of Educational Administration, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University showed no significant difference in overall and each aspect.4. The opinion of teacher, staff, and students about the actual roles of the Office of Educational Administration, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University showed significant difference in overall and each aspect at 0.001 level.Keywords: The Roles, The Perception
