Abstract

On account of novel insights of dentine hypersensitivity implications on the pathophysiologyof dentine hypersensitivity. The dentine hypersensitivity is an increase in pain sensation whichaffects to quality of life. The pathophysiology of dentine hypersensitivity had still studied; therefore, this article will also focus on dentine hypersensitivity effects on the physiology of disease, immunesystems, and related oral diseases, particularly physiology of the diseases and molecular mechanismson dentine hypersensitivity by periodontal disease, tooth defects, and orthodontic tooth movement. Keywords: Dentine hypersensitivity, Pathophysiology, Hypersensitivity, Molecular mechanism,Immune response ว.ทันต.มศว ปีที่ 13 ฉบับที่ 1 พ.ศ. 2563 หน้า 94-103.SWU Dent J. 2020;13(2):94-103.
