Abstract
The purpose of this research was to studied and analyzed the Executive Function (EF) behavioral profiles of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The participants were 36 students with ASD from grade 1st to 6th of Kasetsart University Laboratory School: Center for Educational Research and Development, in the second semester of 2017 academic year. The students were diagnosed as having ASD by a child and adolescent psychiatrist. The special education teachers completed Executive Function Scales to identify EF scores of their students. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistic. The results were presented in the table and graphs with the descriptions. The results indicated that 1) girls with ASD had higher the EF scores in each area, and the overall scores than boys with ASD, and 2) behavioral profile of 24 students with ASD who had EF T-scores on emotional regulation lower than EF T-scores on meta-cognition and behavioral regulation. However, more than 60% of students with ASD had EF T-scores on average level. According to these results, described as EF of students with ASD can be developed to be stronger and better.Downloads
