Abstract

The world has changed a lot as a result of cooperation in the development of technology around the world. As technology evolves, the world becomes more and more interconnected, affecting human beings who are successful in their work and social life. Hence, human beings need to have the skills to maintain themselves in society. Skills are therefore a gap for global success. Currently, graduated students lack of the necessary skills to sustain themselves. Schools have to develop and prepare students to compete in a changing world by honing their 21st century living skills under No Child Left Behind Act, with teachers serving as a supportive experience organizer. Encourage students to harness their potential from their learning, building knowledge and wisdom by themself. A process that promotes the development of teachers and educational personnel to be able to develop themselves Professional development is to create a learning communities. (Professional Learning Community: PLC) by using a collaborative process of all involved parties In order for students to be developed to their full potential, PLC is now a powerful process for the development of teachers and educational personnel to develop educational management further.
