การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินการ การฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการ     สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษา สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ และ 4) เพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมการฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการ เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษา สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ มีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินการ การฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการสาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ และศึกษาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระบบ  ทวิภาคี สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ ระยะที่ 2 สร้างโปรแกรมการฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการ           เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษา สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ ระยะที่ 3 ประเมิน        ความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมการฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษา สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ ใช้วิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. สภาพการดำเนินการ การฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการ สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ ตามความคิดเห็นของครูนิเทศก์การฝึกอาชีพ มีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.69 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการ มีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.99 และตามความคิดเห็นของศิษย์เก่าที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี มีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.85 2. สมรรถนะวิชาชีพของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ ตามความคิดเห็นของ ครูนิเทศก์การฝึกอาชีพ มีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.71 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการ มีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.33 และตามความคิดเห็นของศิษย์เก่าที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี มีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.35 3. โปรแกรมการฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการ เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษา สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบหลัก 4 องค์ประกอบคือ 1) บทบาทและหน้าที่ของบุคคลในการปฏิบัติการฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการ 2)งบประมาณในการดำเนินการ 3) คุณสมบัติของสถานประกอบการที่รับนักศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์เข้าฝึกอาชีพ 4) การบริหารจัดการร่วมกันระหว่างสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ สู่กระบวนการฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการ ของนักศึกษาภายใต้มาตรฐานการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ส่งผลให้นักศึกษาที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สาขางานเทคนิค    ยานยนต์ มีสมรรถนะวิชาชีพตามหลักสูตรกำหนด 4. ความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมการฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการ เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษา สาขางานเทคนิคยานยนต์ พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีค่าความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.80   คำสำคัญ การฝึกอาชีพในสถานประกอบการ , สมรรถนะวิชาชีพ Abstract The objectives of this research were, 1) to study the status of the career training program in the workplace to encourage career competencies of automotive technology students in the workplace, 2) to study the career competency of the graduated Dual Vocational Training System students in automotive technology, 3) to develop the career training program in the workplace to encourage career competencies of automotive technology students in the workplace, and 4) to evaluate the feasibility of the career training program in the workplace to encourage career competencies of automotive technology students in the workplace.            The research was classified into 3 phases. The first phase was to study the status and problem of career training program of automotive technology students. The second phase was the development of the career training program in the workplace to encourage the career competencies of automotive technology students. The third phase was the evaluation of the feasibility of the career training program in the workplace to encourage the career competencies of automotive technology students. Focus group discussions among experts was used for evaluation The research results were as follows: 1.  The status of the career training program in the workplace of automotive technology was commented by the training supervisor in the workplace as suitably excellent.  It had an average mean of 3.69.  According to the trainer in the workplace, the program was also suitably excellent and had an average mean of 3.99.  The comment of the post graduated DVT system students on the program was suitably excellent with an average mean of 3.85. 2. On the career competency of the graduated DVT system automotive technology students, the training supervisor in the workplace commented that it was suitably excellent with an average mean of 3.71.  According to the comment of the trainer in the workplace, it was suitably high with an average mean of 3.33. The students who used to study under the DVT system commented that the career competency was suitably medium with an average mean of 3.35. 3.  The career training program in the workplace to encourage the career competencies of automotive technology students composed of 4 components. 1) the role and duty of staff in career training program in the workplace, 2) the budget for career training program in the workplace, 3) the qualification of the workplace in career training program in the workplace, and 4) the cooperative management between college and workplace. The career training program in the workplace to encourage the career competencies of automotive technology students under the standards of dual vocational education led the graduates of dual vocational education students in automotive technology program to gain the necessary competencies as the curriculum identified. 4.  The study on the feasibility of the career training program in the workplace to encourage the career competencies of automotive technology students had been found that its possibility had the most value with an average mean of 4.80.   Keywords: Training program in the workplace, Career Competencies
