การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวในจังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้เพื่อการศึกษาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวในจังหวัดนครปฐม โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจโรงสีข้าวจำนวน 55 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ F-test (ANOVA) การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ผู้ประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผู้ประกอบการที่มีสถานที่ตั้ง (อำเภอ) ทุนจดทะเบียนเริ่มต้น และในปัจจุบันแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการโลจิสติกส์แตกต่างกัน และผู้ประกอบการที่มีสถานที่ตั้ง(อำเภอ) แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ด้านขนส่ง และด้านการบริหารคลังสินค้า มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพการในการทำงานโดยรวม ดังนั้นสรุปได้ว่าการจัดการโลจิสติกส์มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพการในการทำงาน จึงสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าว นำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการโลจิสติกส์เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน รวมทั้งนำไปพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวให้มีศักยภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น คำสำคัญ: การจัดการโลจิสติกส์, ประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน, อุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวในจังหวัดนครปฐม   Abstract The purpose of this research was to study the effect of logistics management on performance of rice mill industry in Nakhon Pathom Province collected data from 55 entrepreneur of rice mill owners. The use of a questionnaire to gather the data has produced statistics based on F-test (ANOVA) and both multiple correlation and multiple regression analytical methods. The result of the study revealed: (1) The entrepreneurs agreed on the whole that the application of logistics management ensured the performance of rice mill industry at high level. (2) The entrepreneurs in different locations (District), and with different begin and current capital agreed on differently logistics management as a whole. The entrepreneurs in different location (District) also agreed on differently performance of rice mill industry as a whole at 0.05 level of significance. (3) The logistics management had a positive relationships and effects on performance of rice mill industry. In conclusion, the study found that logistic management had a positive influence on performance levels in the rice mill industry. The study therefore provides a number of guidelines which, if applied well managed logistics, could achieve better performance and a more developed rice mill industry.
