รูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวทางอิสลาม

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การจัดการอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวทางของศาสนาอิสลามเป็นการจัดการเรียนการสอนตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานของการบูรณาการอิสลาม เน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเยาวชน ในด้านการเรียนรู้ทักษะในวิชาชีพต่างๆส่งเสริมการประดิษฐ์คิดค้น นวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ และปลูกฝังให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ที่จะเปิดใจยอมรับและ ปรับตัวได้ ในการดำเนินชีวิตกับเพื่อนร่วมสังคม  ที่มีความแตกต่าง  ทั้งด้านการศรัทธา  ความเชื่อถือ ประเพณี และ วิถีการดำเนินชีวิต พร้อมทั้งปลูกฝังคุณธรรมและจิตสำนึกในการเป็นคนดีและมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผิดชอบและสร้างสรรค์สังคม  ผ่านการเรียนรู้วิชาการ นอกจากนั้นกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรต่าง ๆ จะช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ รู้จักคิด ตัดสินใจ แก้ไข ปัญหาต่างๆ ตลอดจนปฏิบัติศาสนกิจอย่างถูกต้อง เพื่อให้นักศึกษาที่สำเร็จการศึกษาออกไป สามารถนำความรู้และประสบการณ์ต่างๆเหล่านี้ไปปรับใช้ในการทำงาน ตลอดจนการดำเนินชีวิตต่อไปในสังคมอย่างสันติสุขและสมานฉันท์  การจัดการอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวทางอิสลาม จะทำให้ได้รูปแบบการจัดการการอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวทางอิสลาม เพื่อเป็นข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในการส่งเสริมและการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพได้ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาเยาวชนและสังคมมุสลิมให้มีการพัฒนาด้านการศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพและมีประสิทธิภาพได้ คำสำคัญ: รูปแบบ,การจัดการ Abstract: Vocational administration follows the trend of the Islam is the administration studies the instruction is on the base of something Islam integration , emphasize latency development of the youth , in the sense of skill learning in all vocation encourages the invention invents , the innovation is new , and establish give a student will have learnt to reveal one's feelings to admit and , can adjust oneself , in the way of life and a friend share the social , at have the difference , both of believing in side , believability , tradition , and , way of life , together with , establish the virtue and the conscious for being the good person and participate in  bingresponsible and create the social , change technical learning , besides the activity adds the course differs will help give a student has learn , think , decide , correct , a problem is all , including , minister the religious activities correctly ,a student who graduate to go out , can lead the knowledge and all these experience go to apply in the work , including , the way of life next in the social peacefully happy and the unanimity. The management of Islamic vocational education in Thailand will have the vocational education model which provide suggestion or policy for promoting teenagers development and Islamic social.
