ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนพระหฤทัยคอนแวนต์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนต่อสภาพแวดล้อม ของโรงเรียนพระหฤทัยคอนแวนต์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ใน 5 ด้าน คือด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียน ด้านการบริการ  ด้านอาคารสถานที่และด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อน จำแนกตามระดับผลการเรียนของนักเรียน  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย จำนวน 160 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 1 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล  ได้แก่  ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในภาพรวมนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนพระหฤทัยคอนแวนต์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.16 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่านักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.50 ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ และด้านการบริการนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลางโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.19 , 3.07 , 3.03 และ2.99 ตามลำดับ ข้อเสนอแนะจากงานวิจัยนี้คือ 1) ให้มีการระดมบุคลากรเพื่อวางแผนการบริหารจัดการหน่วยงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของนักเรียน 2) ควรมีการพิจารณาการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ให้เป็นที่พึงพอใจของนักเรียนมากยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อให้การเรียนการสอนมีประสิทธิผลมากขึ้น ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้ระดับคะแนนสะสมของนักเรียนสูงขึ้นและ 3) ควรมีการศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดศึกษาของนักเรียนทุกระดับชั้น เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงการศึกษาของโรงเรียนให้สูงขึ้นคำสำคัญ  ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนพระหฤทัยคอนแวนต์ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน  Abstract               The objective of this research was to study the students’ opinions towards the environments of Sacred Heart Convent   affecting the  learning achievement  in 5 aspects which included the  learning process,students’ activities, the school services, the school buildings and the relationship with friends categorized by students’ grade levels. The samples used in this study were 160 Mathayomsuksa 5 students selected by  simple random sampling. A set of 5 level rating scale questionnaires with the reliability of 1 was used to collect the data. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentages, means and standard deviations. The results of the research revealed that, in an overall aspect, the students’ opinion towards the school’s  environments was at a moderate level ( = 3.16 ). Considering each aspect, it was found that the relationship with friends got the highest mean score ( = 3.50 ) whereas the learning process, the students’ activities, the school buildings and the school services were rated at the moderate levels  ( = 3.19,  = 3.07,  = 3.03 and  = 2.99 ) respectively. The recommendations from this research are as follows :1) School’s personnel should brainstorm for planning to manage the organization efficiently and in accordance with students’ needs. 2) The educational process should be considered and adjusted to reach more of students’ satisfaction which will result  students’ higher  accumulative grade levels and 3) In addition, there should be a furthur study on students’ opinions of all class  levels for obtaining basic information useful for developing school’s educational performances.Keyword:  Students’ opinions, Environments of Sacred Heart Convent, Learning achievement
