การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการออกแบบและตัดเย็บเสื้อสตรีในการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย  เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการออกแบบและตัดเย็บเสื้อสตรีในการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ  และทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการออกแบบและตัดเย็บเสื้อสตรีในการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ เนื้อหาของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมแบ่งออกเป็น 3 หน่วยการเรียนรู้   คือ หน่วยที่ 1 กระบวนการออกแบบเสื้อสตรี หน่วยที่ 2 กระบวนการตัดเย็บเสื้อสตรี  หน่วยที่ 3 กระบวนการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี  สาขาผ้าและเครื่องแต่งกาย จำนวน 20 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  และประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรโดยหาค่า  E1/E2 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการออกแบบและตัดเย็บเสื้อสตรีในการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีขั้นตอนการพัฒนา 4 ขั้นตอน  คือ การรวบรวมข้อมูลพื้นฐาน  การจัดทำโครงร่างหลักสูตร การนำหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมไปใช้ และการประเมินผลหลักสูตร  ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร (E1/ E2 ) เท่ากับ 83.80/86.66  ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 แสดงว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการออกแบบและตัดเย็บเสื้อสตรีในการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นนี้  สามารถนำไปใช้ในฝึกอบรมแก่ผู้ที่สนใจ  ให้เป็นผู้มีความรู้  ความเข้าใจเพื่อประกอบอาชีพอิสระได้คำสำคัญ: การพัฒนาหลักสูตร, หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการออกแบบเสื้อสตรี,และ ตัดเย็บเสื้อสตรีAbstractThis research were aimed to developed the costume design and blouse sewing curriculum for  self - employment and evaluated the efficiency of the costume design and blouses sewing curriculum for self-employment. The content of this curriculum consists of 3 units as follow; 1 blouses design procedure, 2 blouses sewing procedure and 3 self – employment. The group of samples were twenty students of the first year in the fabric and costume major at  Surat Thani  Vocational College. The statistic tools used in this research were  Means  Standard Deviation and  for the performance of the course by values E1 / E2. The result of this research found that. The development of costume design and blouse sewing curriculum for self - employment  was developed in 4 steps. First, gather basic information, Second, constructed the course layout, Third, training, and Fourth, curriculum evaluation. The costume design blouses sewing curriculum for self-employment had an efficiency score at E1 = 83.33 / E2 = 88.16 and was higher than the standard criteria of  80/80. This research can conclude that the training curriculum on costume design blouses sewing for self-employment use for to upgrade their knowledge and understanding in costume design and blouses sewing for self employment.
