การสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การผลิตภาชนะรับแรงดัน

Abstract

การสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การผลิตภาชนะรับแรงดัน นาวิน ศิลปวิทย์, สมยศ เจตน์เจริญรักษ์, ฉัตรชาญ ทองจับ คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ โรงเรียนพระดาบส วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การผลิตภาชนะรับแรงดัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร ตำรา มาตรฐานอาชีพ และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทำการร่างหัวข้อหลัก สร้างแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นในอาชีพ นำไปสอบถามกับคนในอาชีพ จำนวน 6ท่าน เพื่อนำมากำหนดเป็นหัวข้อหลักในการฝึกอบรม กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรม และสร้างชุดฝึกอบรม ประกอบด้วย แบบทดสอบ ใบเนื้อหา แบบฝึกหัด สื่อ ใบงาน และแบบประเมินการฝึกปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งชุดฝึกอบรมนี้ผ่านการวิเคราะห์โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 ท่าน เพื่อหาความสอดคล้อง (IOC) และหาความเหมาะสมของชุดฝึกอบรมด้านต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิจัย จากนั้นนำชุดฝึกอบรมไปทดลองฝึกอบรมกับกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่าง ได้จากการสุ่มเลือกแบบเจาะจง เป็นพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานทางด้านการผลิตภาชนะรับแรงดันของบริษัท โนว์ฮาวทรานสเฟอร์ จำกัด หน่วยงานโรงงานระยอง จำนวน 16 คน ที่ปฏิบัติงานมาไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน การวิจัยได้ดำเนินการระหว่างปี พ.ศ.2558-2559 โดยดำเนินการฝึกอบรมตามวิธีการวิจัย และเก็บผลการทดลองมาวิเคราะห์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรม ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ชุดฝึกอบรมที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 89.32/91.46/85.64 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้ แสดงให้เห็นว่า ชุดฝึกอบรมที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และสามารถนำชุดฝึกอบรมไปฝึกอบรมให้กับพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานทางด้านการผลิตภาชนะรับแรงดันได้   คำสำคัญ:ชุดฝึกอบรม ภาชนะรับแรงดัน มาตรฐานอาชีพ Construction and Efficiency Evaluation of Pressure Vessel Production Training Package NawinSillapawit, SomyotJedjaroenruk, ChatchanThongjub Faculty of Technical Education, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok Phradabos School College of Industrial Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok Abstract: The object of this research was to produce a pressure vessel production training package and to evaluate the efficiency of the training package. Research from academic documents, text books, occupation standards and other related data was used.The researcher planned as the main activity a competency questionnaire for 6 people as the main topic of the research along with behavioral objectives in constructing the  training package.The training package included a test sheet, a text sheet, an exercise sheet, media, work sheet and a working practice evaluation.The training package was analyzed by 5 experts who looked for the index of competency and appropriateness of the package to its related research.The practical experiment of the package used a sample population selected by purposive sampling they were 16 pressure vessel production officers employed by Know-How Transfer Co. Ltd., based at their Rayong factory, all who worked not less than 6 months during the years 2015 and 2016.This was the training specific selected for the research methodology and the achievement analysis to identify the efficiency of the training package. The results of the research : The efficiency of the training package were 89.32/91.46/85.64. They were higher than the criteria set which were, 80/80/80. So, the construct and efficiency evaluation of pressure vessel production training package could be able to use with the pressure vessel production officer.
