รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีอากาศยานตามารตรฐานสากลของกรมการบินพลเรือน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการที่เหมาะสมสำหรับหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีอากาศยาน  ตามมาตรฐานสากลของกรมการบินพลเรือน และเพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีอากาศยาน  ตามมาตรฐานสากลของกรมการบินพลเรือนไปใช้  โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน  งานวิจัยได้ศึกษาข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูล  จำนวน 30 คน ผู้วิจัยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล จากการศึกษาจากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก  เพื่อสร้างเป็นรูปแบบ และทำการประชุมกลุ่มโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้องแม่นยำของรูปแบบที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่ารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีอากาศยานตามมาตรฐานสากลของกรมการบินพลเรือน ประกอบด้วย 5 ส่วนประกอบสำคัญดังนี้ (1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ประกอบด้วย หลักการบริหารจัดการ วัตถุประสงค์ กลยุทธ์ หลักธรรมาภิบาล (2) ด้านหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย การกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมาย การเลือก การจัดเนื้อหาวิชา  การนำเอาหลักสูตรไปใช้ การประเมินผลหลักสูตร  การปรับปรุงหลักสูตร (3) ด้านนักศึกษา ประกอบด้วย กำหนดจำนวนเป้าหมายจำนวนการรับนักศึกษา กำหนดเกณฑ์การรับนักศึกษา  สร้างเครื่องมือ  ประชาสัมพันธ์  ประเมินกระบวนการรับนักศึกษา สรุปผลการทบทวน  ปรับปรุง (4) ด้านผู้สอนประกอบด้วยการกำหนดคุณสมบัติ  การวางแผนด้านอัตรากำลัง บทบาทหน้าที่อาจารย์  การประเมินการสอน และ (5) ด้านทรัพยากรประกอบด้วย  ความพร้อม ทรัพยากรที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้  การบำรุงดูแล เทคโนโลยี การจัดพื้นที่ จากการประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น  พบว่า รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ: รูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการหลักสูตร, หลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีอากาศยาน  Abstract The objective of this study were to Develop Curriculum Management Model on Diploma in Aircraft Technology, Under International standards of Civil Aviation and to evaluated the feasibility of Curriculum Management Model on Diploma in Aircraft Technology according to the standards of the Department of Civil Aviation. This research used blended techniques. The studied was collect data from 30 persons. The researcher analyzed and synthesized the data and information from experts and made the conclusion to be a model.  The focus group was used to confirm the appropriate of the model.  The results showed that Curriculum Management Model on Diploma in Aircraft Technology, Under International standards of Civil Aviation consists of five major components: (1) Management aspect: management principle, objective, strategic and good governance (2). Curriculum aspect: objective, course content, course implementation,   evaluation and curriculum development. (3) Student aspect: number of students for admission, criteria for student admission, creation tool, public relations, evaluated student admission, conclusion, reviewed and improvement. (4)  Teacher aspect: teacher qualification, teacher planning, role of teacher and teaching evaluation. (5) Resources aspect: readiness, learning resources, technology procurement and space management. The evaluated of Curriculum Management Model on Diploma in Aircraft Technology, Under International standards of Civil Aviation by the expert is appropriate in high level.
