การพัฒนารูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกกเพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อการพัฒนารูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก เพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน  มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นสร้างและประเมินรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก  เพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน  วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย  3  ขั้นตอน  ขั้นตอนที่ 1  การศึกษาข้อมูล  ประกอบด้วย  1)  ศึกษาสภาพความต้องการการจัดการเรียนรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในสถานศึกษา  โดยศึกษาจากการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึกกับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาครูผู้สอน  และนักเรียน  2)  ศึกษาการจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชน  โดยการศึกษาจากการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึกกับนักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตรด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชนและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิสาหกิจชุมชน  3)  ศึกษาการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก  โดยการศึกษาจากการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้างกับปราชญ์ชาวบ้านด้านการแปรรูปเสื่อกกในชุมชน   ขั้นตอนที่  2 การสร้างรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก   เพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน  โดยนำผลจากการสรุปข้อมูล  มาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ข้อค้นพบที่ได้นำมากำหนดเป็นองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้รูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก   เพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน  แล้วนำไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน   5  คน ประเมินความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบและเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ  ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท   ขั้นตอนที่ 3  ประเมินรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก  เพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน   โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีเลือกจากประชากรโดยเจาะจง  นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายทั้งหมด  ประกอบ  ด้วยนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4  จำนวน 3  คน นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5  จำนวน 19 คน  และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6  จำนวน 15 คน  รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน  37  คน  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  1. รูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก  เพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน  ประกอบด้วย  3  องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้  1.1 องค์ความรู้การแปรรูปเสื่อกก: 1) การเตรียมวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการแปรรูปเสื่อกก   2) กระบวนการแปรรูปเสื่อกก  1.2 การจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชน:  1) ข้อมูลความรู้พื้นฐานวิสาหกิจชุมชน  2) หลักการวิสาหกิจชุมชน  3) วิสาหกิจชุมชน/เครือข่ายระดับอำเภอ  4) กระบวนการเรียนรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน  1.3  วิธีการสอนการแปรรูปเสื่อกกและวิสาหกิจชุมชนแบบโครงการ:  โครงการสอนเสริมภูมิปัญญาแปรรูปเสื่อกก เพิ่มรายได้สู่วิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน  แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และสื่อการเรียนรู้   โดยนำไปทดลองปฏิบัติการถ่ายทอด  ผลจากการทดลองปฏิบัติกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง  พบว่า ผู้เรียนสามารถแปรรูปเสื่อกกได้ทุกคน และมีประสบการณ์จริงในการจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนในโรงเรียน   2. ประเมินรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก  เพื่อส่งเสริมแหล่งเรียนรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชนในสถานศึกษา จากการดำเนินการจัดสนทนากลุ่ม  (Focus Group)  โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ  จำนวน 12  คน  รูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก  เพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน โดยใช้กระบวนการ 3 องค์ประกอบ สามารถนำไปใช้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยครูผู้สอนจะต้องจัดการเรียนการสอนทำตามขั้นตอนของการถ่ายทอดทีละขั้นตอนตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ คำสำคัญ; รูปแบบการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการแปรรูปเสื่อกก,  วิสาหกิจชุมชนโรงเรียน Abstract This research work aims to develop the local wisdom transferring model of reed proceeding for promoting community enterprise in school with the purpose to study the local wisdom, create and evaluate the local wisdom transferring model of reed proceeding for promoting community enterprise in school. There were 3 steps in the study. The first step was to study the data consisting of 1) demand of local wisdom learning management in the school by in-depth interview with the school administrators or teachers along with the students, 2) community enterprise management by in-depth interview with scholars who promoted community agricultural enterprise and relevant documents concerning community enterprise, 3) to study the local wisdom transferring model of reed proceeding by non-structured interviews with local experts specialized in local reed proceeding. The second step was to create the local wisdom transferring model of reed proceeding for promoting community enterprise in school by analyzing and synthesizing the result of summary in order to be the components and indicators for the local wisdom transferring model of reed proceeding for promoting community enterprise in school. Later, the components and indicators were sent to 5 experts to evaluate the appropriateness. The statistics used for data analysis were average and standard deviation. The qualitative data were analyzed with the context. The third step was to evaluate the local wisdom transferring model of reed proceeding for promoting community enterprise in school. The samples were drawn by purposive sampling from high school students. The samples included 3 students of grade 10, 19 students of grade 11 and 15 students of grade 12, which were 37 students in total. The findings are as follows. 1. The local wisdom transferring model of reed proceeding for promoting community enterprise in school consisted of 3 components: 1.1 knowledge of reed proceeding consisting of 1) preparation of materials and tools used in the reed proceeding and 2) reed proceeding, 1.2 community enterprise management consisting of 1) basic community enterprise knowledge, 2) community enterprise principles, 3) community enterprise/district-level network, and 4) learning process of school community enterprise, and 1.3 the transferring model of reed proceeding for community enterprise in school, the project of which was entitled Local Wisdom Transferring Model of Reed Proceeding for Promoting Community Enterprise  in School: Learning and Learning Media Management by Transferring Model. According to the results from the real implementation in community enterprise in school, it was found that the students were able to process reed and had real experience in managing the community enterprise in school. 2. The local wisdom transferring model of reed proceeding was evaluated to promote community enterprise in school by Focus Group discussion participated by 12 experts. The local wisdom transferring model of reed proceeding was evaluated to promote community enterprise in school consisted of 3 components which could be applied effectively by step-by-step learning management approach implemented by the teachers.
