รูปแบบการบริหารงานสุขภาวะของโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานสุขภาวะ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานสุขภาวะ และเพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานสุขภาวะ ของโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3  ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานสุขภาวะ ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานสุขภาวะ โดยศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) จำนวน 3 รอบ และระยะที่ 3  ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานสุขภาวะ ในด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ (Utility) ความเป็นไปได้(Feasibility) ความเหมาะสม (Propriety) และความถูกต้อง (Accuracy) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่ามัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม ร้อยละ ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และผลต่างระหว่างมัธยฐานกับฐานนิยม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารงานสุขภาวะ ของโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ประกอบด้วยด้านสภาพการบริหารงานด้านสุขภาวะ 4 องค์ประกอบคือ การบริหารบุคลากร สภาพการบริหารงาน สภาพการบริหารสิ่งแวดล้อม และสภาพการบริหารงานชุมชน ด้านกระบวนการบริหารสุขภาวะ 4 องค์ประกอบคือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์กร ด้านการนำปฏิบัติ ด้านการควบคุม ซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานสุขภาวะ ของโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ พบว่ามีความเป็นประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความเหมาะสม และความถูกต้อง มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด   คำสำคัญ: การบริหารงานสุขภาวะ โรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้   Abstract The purposes of this research were study Model of Healthy Administration, Develop Model of Healthy Administration and Assessment Model of Healthy Administration for Rajaprajanugroh Schools in the Southern Border Provinces. Research was divided into three phases: Phases I: study the issue of healthy administration for Rajaprajanugroh Schools in the southern border provinces, Phase II: develop model of healthy administration for Rajaprajanugroh schools in the southern border provinces.   Delphi technique was used for asking the opinion of 17 experts for three rounds.. Questionnaires were used for collecting information.  Phase III:  evaluated model on Utility, Feasibility, Propriety and Accuracy. The statistics used in this research were mean, median, mode, percentage and quartile. The results revealed that; The Model of Healthy Administration for Rajaprajanugroh Schools in the Southern Border Provinces. Consists of healthy administration in four main elements were Personnel administration, Condition of administration, Condition of environment management and Administration of community.  Administration health process consists of four main elements were, Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling. The opinion of  experts on the element that highest level were Utility, Feasibility, Propriety, and Accuracy.   Keyword: Healthy Administration,  Rajaprajanugroh Schools in the Southern Border Provinces
