กระบวนทัศน์และกระบวนการของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพกับการอาชีวศึกษา

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยถือเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการสร้างและแสวงหาความรู้ของมนุษย์สมัยใหม่ ที่ต้องการใช้การวิจัยเป็นสิ่งยืนยันความถูกต้องเหมาะสมบนความคิดว่ามีหลักการและเหตุผลอันจะช่วยให้ความรู้ ความจริง หรือข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิจัยได้รับการยอมรับ เป็นที่น่าเชื่อถือมากยิ่งขึ้น  หากการเริ่มต้นที่จะเลือกใช้การวิจัยเพื่อประโยชน์ในการสร้าง/แสวงหาความรู้นั้น ควรจะได้ทำความเข้าใจต่อกระบวนทัศน์ของการวิจัยโดยภาพใหญ่ก่อน เพื่อให้เข้าใจถึงฐานคิดที่มีต่อความรู้/ความจริงที่แยกออกเป็นสองกระบวนทัศน์ แล้วจึงนำไปสู่วิธีวิทยาของการเข้าถึง ค้นหา หรือสร้างความรู้/ความจริง ที่ตั้งอยู่บนฐานคิดที่แตกต่างกันนั่นคือปฏิฐานนิยมและปรากฏการณ์นิยม  สำหรับวิธีวิทยาของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพซึ่งตั้งอยู่บนฐานคิดแบบปรากฏการณ์นิยมนั้นมองว่าความรู้/ความจริงเป็นสิ่งที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้นและมีความแตกต่างหลากหลาย การทำความเข้าใจความรู้/ความจริงจึงต้องเข้าใจความหมายที่ซ่อนอยู่ภายในความคิด ความเชื่อของมนุษย์ ซึ่งจะเข้าถึงได้ด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ที่เรียกว่าแบบอุปนัย โดยมีกระบวนการวิจัยอย่างเป็นขั้นตอนตั้งแต่การตั้งคำถามการวิจัยไปจนถึงการวิเคราะห์ ตีความ และประเมินผลของข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพที่ได้มาอย่างลึกซึ้ง  บทความนี้มีความมุ่งหมายในการนำวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพไปใช้ในการอาชีวศึกษา ซึ่งเลือกทำได้หลายระดับตั้งแต่การใช้วิธีวิทยาของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพอย่างเดียวตลอดกระบวนการวิจัย  หรือการใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพผสมผสานกับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ หรือการใช้วิจัยเชิงคุณภาพสำหรับบางส่วนของกระบวนการวิจัยทั้งหมด ขึ้นอยู่ฐานคิดของนักวิจัยและเป้าหมายของการทำงานวิจัยนั้นๆ เป็นสำคัญ คำสำคัญ : การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ,  กระบวนทัศน์ของการวิจัย, การอาชีวศึกษา   Abstract Research is considered to be an important tool for knowledge generation of human in modern society. The research will prove validity of information, fact, or knowledge gained inside the organization and made them more acceptable and believable. When starting on research, the overall paradigm of the research has to be understood first. Because it is important to dept understand in critical thinking which effects on knowledge/truth that had divided into two paradigms. Then the research process would be undertaken by both positivism and phenomenalism. For qualitative research base on phenomenology, the outlook is about facts and knowledge was human inventions and has tremendous diversity. To make the understanding, the researchers must understand inside meaning of human thought and belief, which can be reached by the process of qualitative research. This process use inductive method starting from the research question to the analysis, interpretation, and measurement of the results. The applications of this result can be utilize in the vocational education in many ways from pure qualitative researches, combine to quantitative research, or partially qualitative research.
