การพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ เรื่องการออกแบบและการหล่อเรซิ่นเพื่อการดำรงชีพและลดปัญหาสังคม

Abstract

บทคัดย่อการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพเรื่องการออกแบบและการหล่อเรซิ่น เพื่อการดำรงชีพและลดปัญหาสังคม เป็นโครงการบริการชุมชน มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้ความรู้และทักษะในการออกแบบและหล่อเรซิน เพื่อประกอบอาชีพเสริมเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับครอบครัว โดยจัดอบรม ณ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลองครักษ์ อำเภอองค์รักษ์ จังหวัดนครนายก ให้กับประชาชนที่สนใจ จำนวน 25 คน  เนื้อหาที่จัดอบรมมี 4 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ หน่วยที่ 1 เรื่องความรู้เกี่ยวกับเรซิ่น หน่วยที่ 2 เรื่องการทำแม่พิมพ์ หน่วยที่ 3 เรื่องเทคนิคการหล่อเรซิ่น หน่วยที่ 4 เรื่องการตลาด  จากการอบรมการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ เรื่องการออกแบบและการหล่อเรซิ่น เพื่อการดำรงชีพและเพื่อการลดปัญหาสังคม   พบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความรู้และทักษะเรื่องการออกแบบและการหล่อเรซิ่น เพิ่มขึ้นหลังการอบรมทั้ง 4หน่วยการเรียนรู้ และจากการติดตามผลพบว่า ผู้ที่เข้าการอบรมสามารถจัดตั้งกลุ่มหล่อเรซิ่นโดยมี นางสายพิณ แซ่อั้ง เป็นหัวหน้ากลุ่ม  สถานที่ตั้งกลุ่ม  เลขที่ 112  ม. 2 ต.องครักษ์  อ.องครักษ์ จ.นครนายก สมาชิกมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นประมาณ 1,000 – 2,000 บาท/เดือน ทำให้สมาชิกมีความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้น คำสำคัญ: การพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ, การออกแบบและการหล่อเรซิ่น, การดำรงชีพและลดปัญหาสังคม    AbstractThis is a community service project for career development on resin design and casting to promote the community's livelihood and reduce social problems. The objective of this project was to develop the skills and knowledge of community members on designing and casting resin and also to generate income for self employment. The project was held at Ongkharak Sub-district Administrative Organization, Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province. There were 25 community members who attended the training. There were 4 units on resin design and casting curriculum:       Unit 1 -- Knowledge on Resin; Unit 2 -- Molding; Unit 3 -- Resin Casting Technique; and Unit 4 -- Marketing.  After the training, it was found that the trainees acquired knowledge and skill on resin designing and casting compared to when they started. The follow-up assessment was conducted after one month. The trainees were found to be capable of putting up a resin design and casting group with Mrs. Saypin Sai-Ang as the leader. The group was located at 112 M. 2 Ongkharak Sub-District, Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province. The members' income increased by around 1,000 – 2,000 Baht/Month. The increased income led to the improvement of the trainees' quality of life. Keywords: Career Development, Livelihood and Reduce Social Problems
