การพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับการจัดการข้อมูลการควบคุมคุณภาพ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับการจัดการข้อมูลการควบคุมคุณภาพ และเพื่อประเมินคุณภาพของโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับการจัดการข้อมูลการควบคุมคุณภาพ  4 ด้าน  คือด้านความสามารถในการพึ่งพาของระบบ (Dependability) ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของระบบ (Reliability) ด้านความสะดวกในการใช้งานระบบ (Usability) และด้านความปลอดภัยของ ข้อมูลในระบบ (Security) โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ประเมินโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ จำนวน 40 คนส ถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย,ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน(S.D.),และ ค่าสถิติทดสอบสมมุติฐาน(Z-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.)  ผลของการพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับการจัดการข้อมูลการควบคุมคุณภาพโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access  ได้ตารางฐานข้อมูลดังนี้ 1.1  ข้อมูลการตรวจ และทดสอบวัตถุดิบ 1.2  ข้อมูลการตรวจ และทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างกระบวนการผลิต  1.3  ข้อมูลการตรวจขั้นสุดท้าย และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผ่านการบรรจุ  1.4  ข้อมูลการร้องเรียนของลูกค้า 1.5 ข้อมูลการร้องเรียนของผู้รับจ้างผลิต  1.6  ข้อมูลของแบบผลิตภัณฑ์  1.7  ข้อมูลการบันทึกการประชุม และ 1.8  ข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล  2.) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพโปรแกรม 4 ด้านดังนี้  2.1  ด้านความสามารถในการพึ่งพาของระบบมีค่าคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.85 , S.D.=0.57,(Z=-1.66)  2.2  ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของระบบมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.95 , S.D.=0.57 ,(Z=-0.55)  2.3  ด้านความสะดวกในการใช้งานของระบบมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.92 , S.D.=0.55  (Z=-0.91) และ  2.4.ด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลในระบบคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.88 , S.D.=0.60, (Z=-1.37) คำสำคัญ:การพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์,การจัดการข้อมูล,การควบคุมคุณภาพ, คุณภาพของโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์AbstractThe purposes of this research were to develop the Quality Control Data Management Program  using Microsoft Access program and to evaluate the developed  Quality Control Data Management Program. The evaluation items of the program was consisted of four aspects  including  Dependability, Reliability, Usability and Security .The program was evaluated by 40 quality control staffs .The statistic used for analyzing data were mean,  standard deviation  (S.D.) and Z-test. The result’ as follows: 1.) The development of quality control data management program by using Microsoft Access Program had eight tables including the data of.     1.1  Checking  and  testing  the  material.     1.2  Checking  and test the product work in process.     1.3  Final checking and the product is packaged.     1.4  Customer claims .     1.5  Supplier  claims.     1.6  Product drawing.     1.7  Minute meeting.     1.8  Data analyzing .  2.) The quality of Quality Control Data Management Program were:     2.1 Dependability, the evaluation result was good with the average of 3.85 (Z=-1.66).     2.2 Reliability, the evaluation result was good with the average of 3.95 (Z=-0.55).  2.3  Usability , the evaluation result was  good with the average of 3.92 (Z=-0.91).   2.4  Security , the evaluation result was  good with the average of 3.88 (Z=-1.37).Keyword: Program  Development , Database  Management ,Quality Control ,software Quality
