การพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดียเรื่องการขับรถลากจูง สำหรับผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรขับรถลากจูง โรงเรียนการขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทางบก

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ       การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เรื่องการขับรถลากจูงสำหรับผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม หลักสูตรขับรถลากจูง โรงเรียนการขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทางบก ให้มีประสิทธิภาพไม่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/90 2) หาค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลการเรียนรู้ด้วยสื่อมัลติมีเดีย ไม่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ 0.6 และ 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เข้าอบรมที่เรียนด้วยสื่อมัลติมีเดียกับการเรียนการสอนตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อการวิจัยเป็นผู้เข้าอบรมหลักสูตรขับรถลากจูงของโรงเรียนการขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทางบก จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 30 คน โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 15 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) สื่อมัลติมีเดีย เรื่องการขับรถลากจูง 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพสื่อมัลติมีเดียโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเป็นแบบเลือกตอบ จำนวน 45 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อคำนวณค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติการทดสอบค่าทีเพื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สื่อมัลติมีเดียที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 95.70/96.44 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ 2) ค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลการเรียนรู้ด้วยสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เท่ากับ 0.75 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ของกลุ่มควบและกลุ่มทดลอง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของกลุ่มทดลอง ก่อนและหลังเรียนจากสื่อมัลติมีเดียที่พัฒนาขึ้นพบว่า หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5) ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของกลุ่มควบคุม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  ข้อเสนอแนะจากงานวิจัยนี้คือ ควรพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดียในการขับรถประเภทอื่นๆเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการขับรถของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ และเพื่อความปลอดภัยสำหรับประชาชนทั่วไปที่เป็นผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนคำสำคัญ: การพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดีย  การขับรถลากจูงAbstract :       The purposes of this  research design were 1) to develop the multimedia on towing truck driving for trainees of towing truck driving course at Transportation School, Department of Land Transportation to meet the 90/90 standard criterion set, 2) to find out the effectiveness index of learning achievement using the developed multimedia to reach not less than 0.6 standard criterion set, and 3) to compare the learning achievement between trainees who learned from the multimedia and those who learned from traditional training method. The sample group of this study was 30 towing truck driving trainees who were divided into experimental and controlled group with 15 trainees in each group. The instruments used in this study were 1) the developed multimedia for training towing truck driving trainees, 2) the multimedia quality evaluation forms by the experts, and 3) the learning achievement test consisting of 45 multiple-choice questions. The data were analyzed by means of frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations and t-test was used to test the differences of learning achievement between the experimental group and the controlled group.       The results of the study were as follows: 1) The efficiency of the developed multimedia was 95.70/96.44 which was higher than the 90/90 standard criterion set. 2) The effectiveness index of learning from the multimedia was 0.75 which was higher than the standard criterion set. 3) The comparison of learning achievement of the experiment group and the controlled group showed that the learning achievement of the two groups was different with a .05 level of statistical significance. 4)The comparison of learning achievement of the experiment group before and after learning from the developed multimedia showed that the trainees’ learning achievement after learning was higher than before learning with a .05 level of statistical significance. 5) The comparison of learning achievement of the controlled group before and after learning from traditional training method  was difference with a .05 level of statistical significance.        The suggestion from this research is that there should be a development of  multimedia on the driving of other types of transports so as to be useful for the drivers in preventing accidents and for the general public’s safety.Keywords:  Multimedia Development, Towing Truck Driving
