การพัฒนาคู่มือการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9000:2000

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาคู่มือการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพISO 9000:2000 และประเมินความเหมาะสมของคู่มือทั้งทางด้านรูปแบบและด้านเนื้อหา ตามเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 10 คน คู่มือการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ IS0 9000:2000 ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 5 บท ด้วยกันคือ บทที่ 1 ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9000, บทที่ 2 ข้อกำหนดระบบบริหารคุณภาพ, บทที่ 3 ขั้นตอนการเข้าสู่ระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9000, บทที่ 4 การจัดทำระบบเอกสาร และบทที่ 5 ตัวอย่างเอกสารในระบบคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคู่มือการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9000:2000 ที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมทางด้านรูปแบบอยู่ในระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ74 ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และมีความเหมาะสมทางด้านเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 86 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด หลังจากนั้นได้มีการปรับปรุงรูปแบบของคู่มือการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9000:2000 โดยนำเอาข้อเสนอแนะต่าง ๆ จากผี่ยวชาญมาปรับปรุงคู่มือฯ และได้ฉบับสมบูรณ์ คำสำคญ: ระบบบริหารคุณภาพ, อนุกรมมาตรฐานระบบบริหารคุณภาพ( ISO 9000:2000) Abstract The purpose of this research was to develop the Implementation Manual on ISO 9000:2000 and to evaluate the suitable PATTERN and CONTENT of the manual based on the criterion 80 percent by 3 professional advisors. The Implementation Manual on ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System pointed out 5 majors units; Unit 1:ISO 9000 Quality Management System Fundamental, Unit 2:Quality Management System Requirements, Unit 3:Steps to the ISO 9000Quality Management System, Unit 4:Steps to the Documentation and Unit 5:Samples of the Documented Procedures and Forms. The result of this research found that the evaluation of PATTERN of the manual was an average of 74 percent were suitable answer while the evaluation of the CONTENT of the manual had an average of 86 percent that were suitable answer which conformed with the hypothesis. From this result the researcher had to improve the patterns design of the manual to the completed Implementation Manual on ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System.
