การติดตามผลผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิตโปรแกรมวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏหมู่บ้านจอมบึง ปีการศึกษา 2543 – 2545

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อติดตามผลผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต โปรแกรมวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏหมู่บ้านจอมบึง ปีการศึกษา 2543 – 2545 โดยทำการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการหรือหัวหน้างาน และผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา เพื่อประเมินคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาทั้ง 6 ด้าน คือด้านการควบคุมและการบริหารงาน ด้านเทคนิคและวิธีการดำเนินงานการผลิต ด้านการประสานงาน ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ในการเลือกใช้เทคโนโลยี ด้านการจัดการและการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยี และด้านเจตคติ ความศรัทธาและคุณธรรมในอาชีพ ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 360 คน และผู้ประกอบการหรือหัวหน้างาน จำนวน 355 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.42 ผลการติดตามผลผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาพบว่า คุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาทั้ง 6 ด้านในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาพบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับ คุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาทั้ง 6 ด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาภาคปกติ และภาคสมทบ มีคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาทั้ง 6 ด้าน ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน คำสำคัญ : ปริญญาวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏหมู่บ้านจอมบึง Abstract The purpose of this study was to follow-up the performance of the graduates of Bachelor of science in Industrial technology Faculty of Science and Technology Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University in 2000-2002. The researcher study the perception of Managing Directors or supervisors and the graduated students. The follow – up was focused on the characteristics of graduated students on their job performance in six areas: First, management, Second, methodology and production technique, Third, coordinating, Forth, the vision in using technology, Fifth, technology management and operation, and Sixth, attitude and moral. The sampling were 360 graduated students and 355 Managing Directors or supervisors. The questionnaires were 75.45 percent returned. The results of this study were: The characteristics of graduated students on their job performance in six areas are in the good level. There is significant relationship between academic achievement and the characteristics of graduated students on their job performance in six areas.
