ความคาดหวังและสมรรถภาพของครูของนิสิตรุ่นแรกที่เรียนหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต (กศ.บ.) 5 ปี มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังและสมรรถภาพความเป็นครูของนิสิตรุ่นแรกที่เรียนหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต (กศ.บ) 5 ปี มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จำนวน 224 คน ตัวแปรอิสระได้แก่ สถานภาพของนิสิต โดยมีความคาดหวังและสมรรถภาพความเป็นครูของนิสิตเป็นตัวแปรตาม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามความคาดหวังและสมรรถภาพความเป็นครู แบบสอบถามแรงจูงใจในการเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ค่า t และ F และค่า r ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นิสิตคาดหวังว่าจะมีสมรรถภาพความเป็นครูในระดับมาก แต่สมรรถภาพความเป็นครูที่เกิดขึ้นจริงมีเพียงค่อนข้างมากเท่านั้น 2. สมรรถภาพความเป็นครูที่คาดหวังของนิสิตชาย-หญิง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ความเป็นครูของนิสิตที่สังกัดคณะวิชาต่างกัน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของนิสิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสมรรถภาพของครูที่คาดหวังและสมรรถภาพที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 5. แรงจูงใจในการเรียนของนิสิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับ สมรรถภาพครูที่คาดหวังและสมรรถภาพของครูที่เกิดขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 6. สมรรถภาพความเป็นครูที่คาดหวังด้านสมรรถนะมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสมรรถภาพความเป็นครูด้านสมรรถนะที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 Abstract The purpose of this research was to study the Expectation and possessing of Teacher’s Competency in Five-year Pioneering Students in _B-Ed Curriculum, Srinakharinwirot University. The Independent Variable was Student Status while the Expectation and possessing of Teacher’s Competency of the students were Dependent variables. The Expectation and Teacher’s – Competency questionnaire and Learning Motives questionnaire were used in collecting data for this research. The data were then analyzed by statistical basics, T-test, F-test and Correlation Coefficient .The results of this research were as the followings: 1. The students expect the possessing of Teacher’s Competency at high level but the real aspect of teacher’s competency appeared only rather high. 2. The possessing Teacher’s of Competency expected by male and female students were Significantly different at .01 level. 3. The Teacher’s Competency of students from different Faculties were significantly different at .01 level. 4. G.P.A. of The students were positive correlation to Teacher Competency and Student Capacity significantly at .01 level. 5. Learning Motives of the students were positive correlation with the Expectation of possessing of Teacher’s Competency and real capacity significantly at .01 level. 6. The Expectation of Teacher’s Competency in Capacity aspect were positive correlation with real capacity significantly at .01 level. ิ
