ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการลาออกของพนักงานอุตสาหกรรมเหล็ก ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออก

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการลาออกจากงานของพนักงานอุตสาหกรรมเหล็ก กรณีศึกษาภาคตะวันออก ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็น พบว่า แบบสอบถามได้ผ่านการประเมิน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมทั้งหมด ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.62 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.41 แสดงให้เห็นว่าแบบสอบถามมีคุณภาพ ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน มากกว่า 3.50 ขึ้นไป ความต้องการลาออกจากงานพบว่าบรรยากาศการบริหารงานในที่ทำงานไม่ดีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.32 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.47การมีทัศนะต่อธรรมชาติในที่ทำงานไม่ดีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.64 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.33ปัจจัยทางชีวสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการลาออกจากงานของผู้บริหารไม่ดีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.68 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.47 สถานที่ทำงานอยู่ห่างไกลจากที่พักมากค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.32 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.47ไม่ได้ทำงานในฝ่ายที่ท่านถนัดค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.76 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.34 เกิดความไม่เข้าใจกันระหว่างหัวหน้างานค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.28 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.42 เงินเดือนน้อย ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.32 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.47 คำสำคัญ: การลาออก Abstract The purpose of this research was to study factor affected the resignation of the employees in industrial steel, A case study of east industrial enterprise. The quality of questionnaires found that, the experts evaluated the questionnaires passed the standard, mean equals 4.62 and standard deviation equals 0.41 which can indicate that the questionnaire has quality and has passed the evaluation more than 3.50. The appetence for resign from work of the workers found that the environment of administration in work place is not good, mean equals 4.32. Standard Deviation equals 0.47. Attitude towards the environment in work place is not good, mean equals 4.64. Standard Deviation equals 0.33. Biosocial factor relate to requirement of resign from of administrators is not good, mean equals 4.68. Standard Deviation equals 0.47.
