การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาชีพอิสระเรื่อง การทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนปลาสเตอร์

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาชีพอิสระเรื่อง การทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนปลาสเตอร์ และทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาชีพอิสระเรื่อง การทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนปลาสเตอร์ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาชีพอิสระเรื่อง การทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนปลาสเตอร์ โดยกำหนดเนื้อหาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 4 หน่วย ได้แก่ 1) ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับปูนปลาสเตอร์ 2) การทำแม่พิมพ์ 3) เทคนิคการผลิต 4) หลักการตลาด การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษา ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะเกี่ยวกับการทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนปลาสเตอร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจฝึกอบรมอาชีพอิสระ จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลพื้นฐาน แบบทดสอบ แบบทดสอบระหว่างเรียน และแบบทดสอบหลังเสร็จสิ้นการฝึกอบรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่าหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอมชีพอิสระเรื่อง การทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนปลาสเตอร์ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 85.30/81.78 โดยค่าประสิทธิภาพ (E1) เท่ากับ 85.30 ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นการทดสอบความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และการปฏิบัติขณะฝึกอบรมในแต่ละหน่วยดังนี้ ในหน่วยที่ 1 ได้ค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 84.67 ในหน่วยที่ 2 ได้ประสิทธิภาพทางทฤษฎีเท่ากับ 86.67 และทางปฏิบัติเท่ากับ 85.83 ในหน่วยที่ 3 ได้ค่าประสิทธิภาพทางทฤษฎีเท่ากับ 84.00 และทางปฏิบัติเท่ากับ 85.00 ในหน่วยที่ 4 ได้ค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 85.33 ภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นการฝึกอบรมได้ค่าประสิทธิภาพ (E2) เท่ากับ 81.78 และการศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรหลังการฝึกอบรมพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรมในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.31) สรุปได้ว่าหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาชีพอิสระเรื่อง การทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนปลาสเตอร์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถนำไปใช้ฝึกอบรมบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจฝึกอบรมอาชีพอิสระเรื่อง การทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนปลาสเตอร์ให้เป็นผู้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ดียิ่งขึ้น คำสำคัญ: การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาชีพอิสระ, ผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนปลาสเตอร์ Abstract The purpose of this research was to develop self employment curriculum on gypsum plaster product and to test the efficiency of a self employment curriculum on gypsum plaster product The researcher developed a self employment curriculum on gypsum plaster product by determining the subjects curriculum 4 item for training : 1) General Knowledge on gypsum plaster 2) How to make various kind of mold 3) Production teachnique 4) Principle of marketing. The research was for study knowledge understanding and skill about gypsum plaster product. The sample of research were 15 person who interested in training curriculum. The research instrument were ability test and achievement test after finish the training. The result reveals that efficiency of training self employment curriculum on gypsum plaster product limit were 85.30/81.78 which the efficiency during the training or E1 was 85.30 which computed from the achievement test after finish each unit. The efficiency of each unit were 87.67 in the unit 1, 86.67 in unit 2, 84.00 in unit 3, 85.33 in unit 4.The practice efficiency were 85.53 in unit 2, 85.00 in unit 3. The effectiveness after finish the training or E2 was 81.78 . The curriculum “s opinion after finish the training found that the sample had satisfied with high level(mean = 4.31) . The curriculum which developed by the researcher have higher efficiency and be used for training the employee or the others for higher knowledge and understanding.
