ความรู้และความตระหนักของอาจารย์ที่มีต่อการประกอบอาชีพอิสระของนักศึกษา

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความรู้และความตระหนักของอาจารย์ที่มีต่อการประกอบอาชีพอิสระของนักศึกษา โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างโรงเรียนแบบเจาะจง คือโรงเรียนสหะพาณิชย์ จำนวนครูทั้งหมด 50 คน  ตัวแปรอิสระที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ สถานภาพของอาจารย์ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน  การประกอบอาชีพเสริมที่เป็นอาชีพอิสระ ตัวแปรตามได้แก่ ความรู้และความตระหนักของอาจารย์ที่มีต่อการประกอบอาชีพอิสระของนักศึกษา   เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติทีใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Z -test               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า               1. อาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 20-30 ปี มีจำนวนร้อยละ 36 มีวุฒิการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80 มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานน้อยกว่า 5 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40 และไม่ได้ประกอบอาชีพอิสระนอกเหนือจากการสอน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 70               2. อาจารย์มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประกอบอาชีพอิสระในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมีความรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.61  เมื่อมองเป็นรายความรู้จะเห็นว่าอาจารย์มีความรู้เรื่องการตลาดสูงสุด ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.78 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมีความรู้ อาจารย์ตอบว่าอาจารย์มีความรู้ในเรื่องความรู้ทั่วไปทางธุรกิจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ  2.64  มีความรู้เรื่องการจัดการการผลิต มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.56มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายและภาษีอากร  มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ  2.55 และความรู้เรื่องการเงิน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.53               3. อาจารย์มีความตระหนักมากต่อการประกอบอาชีพอิสระของนักศึกษา ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.63คำสำคัญ: การประกอบอาชีพอิสระ Abstract               The objective of this research were to study the Knowledge and Awareness of the Teachers on the Self – Employment of Students. The researcher make a specific school for the sampling. The Sahapanit School was the school that chosen and the sampling were 50 teachers. The independent variables were age education attainment, work experience and self employment experience. The dependent variables were knowledge and awareness of the teachers on the self – employment of students. The questionnaires were used to collect the data.  The statistical tool were used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and  Z-test.               The result were as followed:               1. A most of the teacher are 20-30 years old or 36 percent. Eighty percent of  the teachers  are bachelor degree holder and work experience are less than 5 years  and seventy percent of the teacher have no experience on self employment.               2. The teachers as a whole have knowledge on the self – employment of students. When consider in each area, found that, the teachers have knowledge highest on marketing.               3. The teachers are aware on the self – employment of students at the high level at the average of 3.63.Keyword: The Self – Employment
