การออกแบบบ้านสำเร็จรูปโดยใช้โครงสร้างเหล็ก

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               การวิจัยนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาออกแบบบ้านสำเร็จรูปโดยใช้โครงสร้างเหล็ก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสำรวจความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่ต้องการสร้างบ้านสำเร็จรูปโดยใช้โครงสร้างเหล็ก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และการประเมินแบบบ้านสำเร็จรูปโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้บริโภค               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า                1. ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 61.54  และ เพศหญิง ร้อยละ 38.46  ส่วนใหย๋มีอายุระหว่าง 36-45 ปี ส่วนใหย๋มีมีสถานภาพโสด ส่วนใหย๋มีมีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ส่วนใหย๋มีเป็นพนักงานบริษัท ส่วนใหย๋มีมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 35,001-45,000บาท และ ส่วนใหย๋มีมีสมาชิกในครอบครัว 1-3 คน  มีความต้องการบ้านสำเร็จรูปโดยใช้โครงสร้างเหล็กที่สามารถเคลื่อนย้าย และถอดประกอบได้ มีพื้นที่การใช้สอยภายในบ้าน  มากกว่า 55 ตารางเมตร มีจำนวน 1ห้องนอน 1ห้องน้ำ มีห้องรับแขก มีห้องครัวสำหรับทำอาหาร มีพื้นที่ระเบียง ราคาของบ้านสำเร็จรูปโดยใช้โครงสร้างเหล็ก ควรมีราคา 14,000 บาท/ตารางเมตร                 2. แบบบ้านสำเร็จรูปที่ใช้โครงสร้างเหล็กที่ผู้วิจัยออกแบบมีพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 57 ตารางเมตร มี 1 ห้องนอน 1 ห้องน้ำ 1 ห้องครัว 1 ห้องนั่งเล่น 1 ห้องทำงาน มีระเบียง และสวนหย่อมเล็กๆ บริเวณรอบบ้าน ราคาสิ่งก่อสร้างอยู่ที่ 15,000 บาท/ตารางเมตร หลังคาทำด้วยโครงสร้างเหล็กรีดร้อนขึ้นรูป ประกอบยึดกันด้วยน็อต และประกอบ ผนัง ประตู หน้าต่าง โดยใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้มาตรฐานมีความมั่นคงแข็งแรง สามารถยกเคลื่อนย้ายด้วยเครื่องจักรได้ และผลการประเมินของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้ประเมินแบบบ้านสำเร็จรูปโดยใช้โครงสร้างเหล็กว่ามีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้บริโภคคำสำคัญ: การออกแบบบ้านสำเร็จรูป Abstract               The objectives of this research was to design prefabricated house by using steel structure. The questionnaires were use as a tool for gather the information of the customers and  used that information to design prefabricated houses by using steel structure. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test.                 The results of this study were as follows:                1. The sampling were 61.54% male and 38.46% female the average age were 36-45 years,  most were single and  most were finished  bachelor degree, most were  employed  of  private company,  most income were about  35,001-45,000 Baht/monthly and most their family were 1-3 person of  who want to have instance houses  that use metal structure, also it must be moveable in order to draw off and draw in easily. The space of interior  were  more than 55 square meters which one bedroom  one bathroom one dinning room, kitchen and space for balcony. The price of the instance houses which used the metal structure should be 14,000 Baht/square meter.                2. The design prefabricated houses  using steel structure were 57 square meters, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 family room, 1 working room and space of balcony and garden clump.  The estimated price is 15,000 Baht/square meter.  Roof made of galvanized steel struck by nut and combined with ceiling, door, window made by strength standard products; also it must be moveable with machines. The experts evaluated the design prefabricated house by used steel structure were appropriate to the need of  customers.Keyword: Design Prefabricated Houses
