Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างและ ประเมินประสิทธิภาพเครื่องยกฝาบ่อและดึงลากสายเคเบิลโทรศัพท์ ทางด้านวิศวกรรม  โดยมีสมมติฐานของการวิจัยคือเครื่องยกฝาบ่อและดึงลากสายเคเบิลโทรศัพท์ที่สร้างขึ้นสามารถนำไปยกฝาบ่อคอนกรีตหนัก 110 กิโลกรัม และดึงลากสายเคเบิลโทรศัพท์หนัก 500 กิโลกรัมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ               วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้นำเครื่องยกฝาบ่อและดึงลากสายเคเบิลโทรศัพท์ไปทดลองใช้งานกับพนักงานช่างประจำส่วนปฏิบัติงานระบบตอนนอกที่1.2 นครหลวงที่ 1 จำนวน 10 คน ทดลองยกฝาบ่อและดึงลากสายเคเบิลโทรศัพท์ เมื่อจบการทดลองแล้วให้พนักงานประเมินความพึงพอใจด้านการใช้งาน                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพเครื่องยกฝาบ่อและดึงลากสายเคเบิลโทรศัพท์ ทางด้านวิศวกรรม ด้านวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ด้านวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าและด้านวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ เฉลี่ย 4.29 อยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.68 ความพึงพอใจด้านการใช้งานของพนักงานเฉลี่ย 4.39 อยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.52 ยกฝาบ่อจำนวน 20 ครั้ง ผ่าน 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และดึงลากสายเคเบิล จำนวน 3 ครั้ง ผ่าน 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์คำสำคัญ: เครื่องยกฝาบ่อและดึงลากสายเคเบิลโทรศัพท์ Abstract               The objective of this research were to construct and evaluate the efficiency of lift concrete cover and pull telephone cable machine in Engineering. Hence,hypothesis of this research, the lift concrete cover and pull telephone cable machine can be effectively practical for lifting 110 Kilograms of concrete and pulling 550 Kilograms of telephone cable.               Research procedure: this research was carried out with 10 workers of 1.2 outside operation department of Bangkok 1 by testing of lifting concrete cover and pulling telephone cable. After experiment, it was evaluated satisfaction in practice by workers.               The result indicated that the efficiency of this machine in operation of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Industrial Engineering is 4.29 by average, standard deviation (S.D.) is 0.68, that is a good level. Satisfaction of testing of workers is 4.39 by average, standard deviation (S.D.) is 0.52, that is a good level. The machine lifted concrete cover 20 times that passed 100 percent and pulled telephone cable 3 times that passed 100 percent.Keyword: Construct and evaluate the efficiency of lift concrete cover and pull telephone cable.
