การพัฒนาชุดสื่อการสอนงานบันไดเลื่อน รุ่น1200 CX-EN

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาพนักงานและหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนงานบันไดเลื่อนช่วยสอนตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และหาค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลไม่ต่ำกว่า 0.50 โดยตั้งสมมติฐานในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นพนักงานบริการที่บำรุงรักษางานบันไดเลื่อนของบริษัท บางกอกฮิตาชิเอลลิเวเตอร์เซอร์วิส จำกัดจำนวน 30 คน               การพัฒนาชุดสื่อการสอนงานบันไดเลื่อนนี้ได้คัดเลือกเนื้อหาให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ทั่วไปและวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรม โดยจัดแบ่งเนื้อหาออกเป็น 2 ชุด แยกออกเป็นภาคทฤษฎี, ชุด ซีดีและแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน โดยนำเสนอผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านเนื้อหาและทางด้านมัลติมีเดียในการผลิตกระบวนการวิจัยเพื่อให้ได้บทเรียนที่มีความสมบูรณ์ที่สุด               ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าบทเรียนงานบันไดเลื่อนช่วยสอนมีประสิทธิภาพ 75.93/79.53และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.50คำสำคัญ: สื่อการสอนงานบันใดเลื่อน AbstractThe purposes of this research were to develop a teaching media on the Elevator Model 1200 CX-EN., and to fine the efficiency of the teaching media with the efficiency 80/80. The teaching media, with criterion value set higher than 0.50. The sample group for this study were 30 elevator service staff of Bangkok Hitachi Elevator Service Co., Ltd.The content of the teaching media consisted of two parts:- the elevator theoretical information and the pre and pot test of the learning efficiency of the sample group. This teaching media was commented by the expert on elevator function and application and the expert on the multimedia applied.The research result was found that efficiency teaching media higher then 80/80 effective criterion. The efficiency criterion found was at 0.57 levels, and it was found that the post-test score of the sample group was higher than the pre-test score statistical significant at 0.50 level.Keyword: Teaching media on the elevator.
