Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมงานบริการระบบลิฟต์รุ่น วีเอฟเอส และหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นพนักงานบริการระบบลิฟต์ บริษัทบางกอกฮิตาชิเอลลิเวเตอร์เซอร์วิสจำกัด จำนวน 30 คน มีการทดสอบก่อนและหลัง การศึกษาชุดฝึกอบรม                เนื้อหาของชุดฝึกอบรมงานบริการลิฟต์รุ่น วีเอฟเอส ที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่องานวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย 2 ภาค คือภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ พร้อมแบบทดสอบก่อนการอบรมและหลังการอบรม ซึ่งได้นำเสนอผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเนื้อหาและด้านมัลติมีเดียในการผลิตตามกระบวนการวิจัยเพื่อให้ได้ชุดฝึกอบรมที่มีความสมบูรณ์ที่สุด               ผลการวิจัยพบว่าชุดฝึกอบรมงานบริการลิฟต์รุ่น วีเอฟเอส ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานี้มีประสิทธิภาพ 85.75/86.88 เป็นตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และพบว่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังการอบรมของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าสูงกว่าก่อนรับการอบรมคำสำคัญ: การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรม Abstract               The purposes of this research were to develop a training set on the Elevator (Model VFS). The sample group for this study was 30 Elevator service staff of Bangkok Hitachi Elevator Service Co.,Ltd.               The content of the training set consisted of two parts: - the Elevator theoretical information and training part, the pre and post test of the learning efficiency of the sample group. This training set was commented by the expert on the Elevator function and application and the expert on the multimedia applied.                The research result was found that this training set reached the 85.75/86.88 effective criterion set, and it was found that the post-test score of the sample group was higher than the pre-test score.Keyword: The develop a training
