การจัดการกิจกรรมคุณภาพ 5 ส ของบริษัท เค ที ซี โฮม จำกัด

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาการจัดการกิจกรรมคุณภาพ 5 ส ของบริษัท เค ที ซี โฮม จำกัด  โดยศึกษาจากพนักงาน บริษัท เค ที ซี โฮม จำกัด  จำนวน 65 คน  ตัวแปรอิสระ ที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ  สถานภาพของพนักงาน บริษัท เค ที ซี โฮม จำกัด ได้แก่ อายุระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการ จัดการกิจกรรมคุณภาพ 5 ส ตัวแปรตาม ได้แก่ การจัดการกิจกรรมคุณภาพ 5 ส 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย  การรับรู้เรื่องข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม 5ส ความรู้ความเข้าใจในกิจกรรม 5ส  การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม5ส การสนับสนุนจากผู้บังคับบัญชา ประโยชน์จากกิจกรรม 5ส เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติทีใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Z-test และสหสัมพันธ์               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า               1. พนักงานบริษัท เค ที ซี โฮม จำกัด ส่วนใหญ๋มีอายุระหว่าง 21-25 ปี ส่วนใหญ๋มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.44 มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการจัดการกิจกรรม 5 ส ส่วนใหญ๋ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.92                 2. ผลของการจัดการกิจกรรมคุณภาพ 5 ส ของพนักงานบริษัท เค ที ซี โฮม จำกัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า การรับรู้เรื่องข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม 5ส มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด อยู่ในระดับมาก   รองลงมาคือ การสนับสนุนจากผู้บังคับบัญชา อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการจัดการกิจกรรมคุณภาพ 5 ส เรื่องประโยชน์จากกิจกรรม 5ส มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด แต่ยังอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนความรู้ความเข้าใจในกิจกรรม 5ส อยู่ในระดับมาก การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม 5ส อยู่ในระดับมาก                 3. อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการจัดการกิจกรรมคุณภาพ 5 ส มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการจัดการกิจกรรมคุณภาพ 5 ส อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 คำสำคัญ: การจัดการกิจกรรมคุณภาพ 5 ส Abstract               The objectives of this research were to study the 5‘S Quality Management Activities of KCT Home Company L.T.D. and there relationship. The population were 65 workers. The independent variables were age, education attainment, 5‘S quality management activities training experience. The dependent variables were 5‘S quality management activities. The questionnaires were use to collect the data. The statistical tools were use to analyze the data, percentage, mean, standard deviation, z-test and Pearson product moment correlation.                The result were as follow:               1. The workers of KCT Home Company L.T.D. mostly were 21 – 25 years old. The education attainment mostly finished elementary school. The experience mostly have experience less than 1 year.                2. The 5‘S quality management activities of KCT Home Company L.T.D. as a whole was high level. When consider in each area found that the information of  5‘S quality management was the highest at high level, next was administration support at high level. The lowest was the benefit from the 5‘S quality management activities but still at high level. For the knowledge on 5‘S quality management activities at high level and the participation on 5‘S quality management activities still at high level.                3. There were relationship between age, education attainment and 5‘S quality management activities training experience with 5‘S quality management activities at the significant level of .05.  Keyword: The 5‘S Quality Management Activities.
