ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ให้บริการน้ำมันด้วยรถบรรทุก

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ให้บริการขนส่งน้ำมันด้วยรถบรรทุกและเพื่อศึกษาการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ให้บริการขนส่งน้ำมันด้วยรถบรรทุก   ปัจจัยในที่นี้คือลักษณะสถานีน้ำมัน และการเลือกผู้ให้บริการขนส่งน้ำมัน พิจารณาจากด้านต่างๆดังนี้ ด้านคุณภาพบริการ ด้านการปฏิบัติการ และด้านนโยบาย การวิจัยครั้งนี้จะวิจัยเพียงสถานีน้ำมันในภาคตะวันออกเท่านั้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ สถานีน้ำมันจำนวน 124 แห่ง  โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.) จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทำให้ทราบว่าสถานีบริการน้ำมันส่วนใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัดชลบุรี และการตัดสินใจเลือกให้สถานีบริการน้ำมัน ส่วนใหญ่ลักษณะของสถานีบริการน้ำมันเป็นประเภท  ก  มากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ  70.16  รองลงมาคือประเภท  ข  คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.81  และประเภท  ค คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.03 ตามลำดับ  2.) การให้ความสำคัญในการเลือกผู้ให้บริการขนส่งน้ำมันด้วยรถบรรทุก ในภาพรวมพบว่ามีการให้ความสำคัญในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน  พบว่า ด้านคุณภาพบริการ ถูกให้ความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับความสำคัญระดับมาก ด้านปฏิบัติการ ถูกให้ความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับความสำคัญระดับมาก ด้านนโยบาย ถูกให้ความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับความสำคัญระดับมาก 3.) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยลักษณะสถานีน้ำมันมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำคัญการเลือกผู้ให้บริการขนส่งน้ำมันด้วยรถบรรทุก พบว่าปัจจัยลักษณะสถานีน้ำมันมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำคัญการเลือกผู้ให้บริการขนส่งน้ำมันด้วยรถบรรทุกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ  0.05  คำสำคัญ: ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์, ผู้ให้บริการน้ำมันด้วยรถบรรทุก Abstract                     The objectives of this research were to study factors related to the selection of oil truck transportation and also study the factors related to the decision on hiring the oil truck transportation. In this study the factors were the criteria of gas station, and the criteria of oil truck transportation. There were services quality, execution and policy. This research will focus only the gas station on eastern areas and the sample were 124 gas stations. The questionnaires were used to gather the data. The statistical tools were used for analyzed the data. The statistic were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson product moment correlation.        The study found that:     1.) The gas station mostly located in Chonburee province and 71.16 percent of the gas station belonging to first criteria and 25.81 percent belonging to second criteria and 4.03 percent belonging to third criteria.    2.) All the gas stations will look on the services quality, the execution and policy for hiring the petroleum truck carrier transportation.         3.)There was significant relationship between criteria of gas station and criteria of petroleum truck carrier transportation at 0.05 leveled.Keyword: Factors related, Petron Truck Carrier services
