การออกแบบและผลิตผ้าบุโคมไฟประดับ จากผ้าที่ทอผสมระหว่างฝ้ายและกระดาษใยสับปะรด โดยใช้ลายผ้าทอไทยมาว บ้านใหม่หมอกจ๋ามจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               ความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้เพื่อ ออกแบบและผลิตผ้าบุโคมไฟประดับ จากผ้าทอผสมระหว่างฝ้ายและกระดาษใยสับปะรดโดยใช้ลายผ้าทอไทยมาวบ้านใหม่หมอกจ๋าม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ เพื่อประเมินผลด้านการออกแบบและการผลิต โดยทำการออกแบบผ้าบุโคมไฟประดับ 3 ประเภทคือ 1) โคมไฟตั้งโต๊ะ 2) โคมไฟตั้งพื้น และ 3)โคมไฟแขวน การออกแบบและผลิตผ้าบุโคมไฟประดับจะทำการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 10 คน ประเมิน 5 ด้านคือ ด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอย  ด้านความงาม  ด้านวัสดุ  ด้านการผลิต และด้านต้นทุน และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test   ผลการวิจัยพบว่า               1. ที่ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการออกแบบผ้าบุโคมไฟประดับขึ้นจากผ้าทอผสมระหว่างฝ้ายและกระดาษใยสับปะรด โดยใช้ลายผ้าทอไทยมาว บ้านใหม่หมอกจ๋าม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 27แบบ และให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 10 คน เลือก  เหลือ 9 แบบ แล้วนำแบบผ้าบุโคมไฟประดับไปผลิตเป็น ชิ้นงาน ได้แก่ ผ้าบุโคมไฟตั้งโต๊ะจำนวน 3 ลาย ( A1 , B2  และ C3)  ผ้าบุโคมไฟตั้งพื้นจำนวน 3 ลาย ( A1 , B2  และ C3 ) และ ผ้าบุโคมไฟแขวน  จำนวน 3 ลาย ( A2 , B1 และ C3)              2.  ผลการประเมินโดยผู้เชียวชาญ พบว่า ผ้าบุโคมไฟประเภทโคมไฟตั้งโต๊ะ  ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ แบบ B2รองลงมาคือ C3  และ A1  โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.17 (t= 1.37), 4.04 (t= 0.34) และ 4.01 (t= 0.06) ตามลำดับ  ผลการประเมินทุกแบบอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี และสอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐาน ที่นัยสำคัญระดับ .05 ประเภทโคมไฟตั้งพื้น ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ แบบ  A1  รองลงมาคือ C3  และ B2  โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.26 (t= 1.49),  4.25 (t= 1.39) และ 4.14 (t= 0.87)  ตามลำดับ  ผลการประเมินทุกแบบอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี และสอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐาน ที่นัยสำคัญระดับ .05 ประเภทโคมไฟแขวน  ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ แบบ  C3  รองลงมาคือ  A2  และ B1  โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.20 (t= 1.58), 4.09 (t= 0.78) และ 4.06 (t= 0.43)  ตามลำดับ  ผลการประเมินแบบอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีและสอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐาน ที่นัยสำคัญระดับ .05คำสำคัญ:   การออกแบบและผลิต , ผ้าบุโคมไฟประดับ,  ผ้าทอผสมระหว่างฝ้ายและกระดาษใยสับปะรด , ผ้าทอไทย    มาวบ้านใหม่หมอกจ๋าม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่Abstract              The purposes of this research were to design and production of cloth cover lamps shade using cotton yarn and pineapple paper according to Thai Maw Cloth Style, Baan Mai Mauk Chaam, Chiangmai Province, and also evaluated the design and Production. They were for 3 kinds of lamp shade, 1) table  lamp shade, 2) floor lamp shade and  3) hanging lamp shade. The cloth cover lamps shade designed and production were evaluated by 10 experts by considering on 5 indicators which are Practical Function Aesthetic Function Material Production  and Cost. The statistical tools were use to analyzed the data were mean, standard deviation, and t- Test.              The results were as followed :                1. The researcher design and production of cloth cover lamps shade  using cotton yarn and pineapple paper according to Thai Maw Cloth Style, Baan Mai Mauk Chaam, Chiangmai Province  in 27 styles and let 10experts chosen for 9 styles, then the researcher production cloth cover lamps for three cloth cover pattern (A1, B2 and C3) for table lamp shade and three cloth cover pattern ( A1 , B2 and C3 ) for floor  lamp shade and three cloth cover pattern ( A1 , B2 and C3 ) for hanging lamp shade. 2. The  experts evaluated and found that, cloth cover table lamp shade pattern B2 was the highest, followed by C3 and A1 with average score of 4.17 (t = 1.37), 4.04 (t = 0.34) and 4.01 (t = 0.06)  respectively and significance level of  .05.  Cloth cover floor lamp shade pattern A1 was the highest, followed by C3 and B2 with average score of 4.26 (t = 1.49), 4.25 (t = 1.39) and 4.14 (t = 0.87) respectively and significance level of .05. Cloth cover hanging lamp shade pattern C3 was the highest followed by A2 and B1 with average  score of 4.20 (t = 1.58), 4.09 (t = 0.78) and 4.06 (t = 0.43)  respectively and significance level of .05 and consistent with the hypothesis.Keyword: Design and production , Cloth Cover Lamp Shade, Cotton yarn and pineapple fiber paper according , Thai Maw Cloth Style Baan Mai Mauk Chaam, Chiangmai Province .
